May 19, 2014: Auction for FOUR rolls of twenty 0.1 BTC Lealana Brass Bitcoins (2013 year)

Auction ends June 1st, 2014 at 12:00am Hawaiian Standard Time

Minimum bid will start at 0.2 BTC. Bidding will be done in 0.05 BTC increments. Shipping will be $45 flat rate for USPS Registered mail  with restricted delivery (ID will be required upon delivery for pickup) for both domestic U.S. and international customers. Cost for shipping is not included in your bids, to be clear. Bitcoin is the only accepted form of payment for this auction.

You are bidding for ONE of the four rolls of twenty coins. These coins are numbered #1 thru #120. Some #'s are missing. The lowest 20 go into the first roll and the next lowest 20 go into the second roll etc as seen below.

Each roll comes with a scanned pdf of the twenty coins and will be digitally signed by me with my token for pdf signing from Entrust.

These rolls are the very first assembled coins that never got sold in 2013 due to how busy I was with other coin sales. The addresses all start with "1Btc" in black font type as opposed to my other brass BTC coins which use non-prefixed addresses and are in green. There will never be more than 500 of these created and sold. Subsequent auctions will be made should there be enough interest. The rest of the #'s of coins not being sold here now are somewhat random.

These are sold as unfunded coins but will NOT have the "BUYER-FUNDED" marking on the holograms. The winners will be required to fund the coins and I will verify funding of all of the coins before shipping them out as I no longer fund coins for buyers. The winners will accept the risks involved with shipping funded coins through USPS registered mail. Coins will be valued at the price paid plus the bitcoin that is loaded on to them. Winner agrees to hold LEALANA, LLC. and myself innocent of any losses while in transit (in the small event the coins go missing/stolen while in transit).

This was asked in another thread so I will address it here to so all are on the same page.

Any prefunded coins (including this and future auctions) can't be part of a group buy. It must be a completely separate order altogether.

Shipping funded coins to a 3rd party or even mixing them with unfunded coins just creates too much confusion for me. At least that's how I feel about it.

Hola sorry, I bid a little early. Can you please confirm if you will still ship without funded coins? I personally do not wish to load coins before international postage. Last time I bought coins from you you loaded them after they arrived ;) .

All coins of this auction are required to be prefunded by the buyer. Addresses for the coins will be provided for funding after the auction ends.

Please bump my bid for roll #B1 to .65, and any other roll at .45

Customs will be a headache for prefunded coins.
What if the BTC for funding of the coins would be transferred to an escrow, who funds the coins after arrival?

The only way I would allow for the coins to be sent unfunded would be to require that each hologram be marked with laser engraving stating "BUYER FUNDED". I can do this.

I suppose this is an option to the winner of the auction should they prefer to have me sent their coins unfunded through customs (Non U.S. buyers).

Once the auction ends it really doesn't matter to me. I just figured the winners would want unmarked coins as they were the first assembled of their kind etc.

And yes it should be noted that any international bidders will need to deal with customs and any taxes due for funded coins that is deemed as "taxable" should they check the funding state of the coins.

Any chance of a summary table of what bids are leading ? Either for specific rolls or general 'any rolls'

Makes my head hurt trying to figure it out ....  ;)

I haven't been keeping up with the physical coin world.  I don't really care about the year/make/buyer funded/unfunded status, I just want cheap sexy coins that have bitcoin on them.  Is this currently the cheapest way we can do this?

This is for you to determine for yourself. There are other physical bitcoin makers out there.

I've never encountered bidding like that. I will consider them valid bids as they did offer the bid ahead of time before the auction finished.
