• You will receive an e-mail when your coin is ready for download.
• Download source code / wallet.
• Claim premine (if any) and send to your wallet.
• Upload wallet to Megaupload.
• Publish source code on Github.
• Update Bitcointalk thread with Github link and Megaupload wallet to officially launch.
  If you want a fair launch, no one should start mining until this step.

Well guys, we reached the final altcoin stage.

At least with Kassado on the job, we can be assured that the coins will be developed correctly and not some random garbage.

I'm torn on this. On the one hand, it would be nice to have more polish and stability on these new coins coming out every day. On the other hand, making it easier for any jackass to create a coin than it already is.... concerns me a bit.

Where can we find examples of coins created by the coin lab?

I agree. 1 BTC is too much for the full package; however, it's pretty easy to host your own node, ask Bittrex to add your coin, and find someone to port the linux wallet to windows for .10 BTC

For those who don't have those kind of technical skills, this is a solution. If it was cheap for the full package, imagine how many coins would be released next week alone :p

After rethinking, its true that ~1.2-1.5 BTC for a complete package is cheap.

The way I look at it, there are going to be tons of new coins no matter if we like it or not.  At least this service, backed by Kassado, a good developer in the field, will make it so that new coins should not fail code-wise.

How many times have people been screwed because PoS of the coin didn't work, etc.  With Coin Lab, the new coins should work 100%.

Can you please list some coins that were made with this service?
Also, can you post a how to on the website with instructions for what to
do for a successful launch and maintanance of the coin after it is made and purchased?

This was launched within the past 2 days, so...there probably aren't any reviews just yet.

But, you guys can create a coin and be the first to review it for them :)

I was expecting a little bit more attention than this.

Rome wasn't built in one day.

Some people have really wanted to create a coin, and have the skills to make something out of a coin, but don't have the technical abilities to make the coin from scratch. For those people, this is an amazing deal, having the ability to get everything you need working right out of the box. But for people just aimlessly making coins like you say, they're going to being paying up a lot of money to just constantly keep making coins. The price of entry is for people who truly want to create a coin and have a plan, its not cheap enough for some scrubs to keep making shit coins.
