I've spent years dealing with this and related fields but for some reason I have no idea who you are, and I'm not familiar with a card like this.

I call bullshit. No EU bank allows 15,000 monthly limits with no ID.

They do, basically a couple of Polish banks offer those. One is MBank, i forget the second.. WZK or something similar.

They are sold everywhere and can be purchased for $10-15 retail for the basic one.

IMO, the original poster is trying to make a quick profit.

Thanks for previous post, although in this case bank is not Polish, and does offer higher limits which some people appreciate and are willing to pay for it. mBank cards sell for 30-40 USD, but have a limit of 2400 EUR / 3200 USD yearly loading.

No, those cards have a small annual limit nowhere near 15,000 a month.

Those cards have limits of somewhere around 3000-3500 USD, and are issued by mBank and I think some others in Poland. However, guys, have you ever heard Latvia is also part of the EU, but quite open-minded when it comes to offshore banking?

Anti money laundering laws are an EU wide directive, so if your cards really have this limit the bank could at any point shut it down, demand KYC and AML information and withhold your money without cause.

I actually doubt your cards have this limit anyway though.

How those cards are loaded? Do they have IBAN similar to polish cards?

What do you mean by RETAIL price if you don't sell retail? Can we buy a single card to play around?
