Title: Feature Request : Forum Posting / Replies via eMail. Post by: Initscri on May 20, 2014, 06:38:54 PM Within the current forum software, when you receive a PM or are watching a thread and receive a reply, you get an email specifying that you have received a response.
As a request feature, could it be possible that we have the ability to respond via eMail to automatically post to replies or PMs. For example, User1 sends me a message on BitcoinTalk via the PM System. I get an email with the message included. I reply with my response via Email and it gets sent through the BitcoinTalk PM System. Obv. spam protection would have to be included for certain features. It would definitely make replying much more visible (I sometimes miss other people's replies to me) and easier to get to. I also looked it up in the new forum document and it isn't there as of right now.

For example, PM's sent to 1 email and Replies to another. It would be great for businesses and wouldn't take much within code. |
