Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. On the left hand side near the corner. If the thread is unlocked, then there will be a link that says "lock". You can click it to lock the thread. If the thread is locked, then there will be a link that says "unlock". You can click it to unlock the thread. If the thread was locked by an admin or moderator, you may not be able to unlock it.
