Actually no.

Expand Explain.

the reason that most people, don't like treading BTC for PP, is BTC transfers are inreversiable(can not be turned back), and PP is reversible. so people with PP can cheat, and steal.

its the same thing, with MTGOX-USD, its reversible, and people with PP can cheat.

Yea i know this

So the only way i can get codes is through traders?

I usually trade with Mark from dollar trader but he has no gox codes in stock.

PayPal's user agreement says their payment network is not to be used for digital currency, so there is the risk that you could file a dispute with PayPal (or your credit card issuer if that is where the funds for PayPal originated) and get your money back.  So that is why buying Bitcoins with PayPal is so difficult.

If you check on the #bitcoin-otc marketplace you might find someone willing to trade.  The -otc marketplace's Web of Trust (WoT) can be used to see the trust history of the seller before you engage in a trade.  Here are some links:

And it will only get worse. As all the others slowly come on board.

Paxum just announced no more bitcoin related purchases or sales.

You must have known this seller personally or slowly built up some trust.
I recommend to everyone, do NOT accept PayPal as a payment method unless you are going to physically ship the item.
And then, Insured with Signature confirmation.

Good Luck and I'm now free from restrictions so, Look Out.  ;D
