That address is still listed in the Received Thorcoins section but those coins are not showing up after the sync completed. Are those coins gone?

I have a nvida card and use the cudaminer for other coins. Maybe knowing what kind of algo is using thorcoin would be possible to use it. I try Scrypt-Jane only but it is also not working...
