A voice for freedoms given a cold shoulder. Sad to see American Ideals coming to an end.
My country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, who will stand for thee! Not you punk ass bitches!

Must've been low ratings. That video only has 650k views within three days.

Far and away the best thing I've ever seen come from FOX.  Not that I don't agree with some of the ideals promoted by them and conservative talk radio personalities.

Update! Only 670,933 views, hence the cancellation. Even Google won't bother putting an ad on that YouTube video with a so few view count. Fox made the right move. Perhaps they'll put Glenn Beck back into his old time slot provided, of course, he brings his own advertisers.

***edit this guy clearly makes too much sense for cable news.

Wow, that's a lot of questions. Also extremely surprised to see that coming from Fox News. I guess you really can't speak your mind on that channel unless you're heading out the door (same for MSNBC I imagine).

He did *not* get fired because of anything he said.

He addresses this himself on his facebook, (http://www.facebook.com/notes/judge-andrew-napolitano/to-my-friends/10150614290418416)

Text:

Dear Friends--

Many of you are not happy with the cancellation of FreedomWatch, and you have sent emails to my Fox colleagues expressing that unhappiness. In television, shows are cancelled all the time. Two of my former shows have been cancelled, and after each cancellation, Fox has rewarded me with more and better work. This cancellation--along with others that accompanied it--was the result of a business judgment here, and is completely unrelated to the FreedomWatch message. It would make a world of a difference for all of us, if you would KINDLY STOP SENDING EMAILS TO FOX.

I am well. Your values are strong. I will continue to articulate those values here at Fox. But the emails many of you are sending are unfairly interfering with my work and that of my colleagues here. The emails even violate our values because they interfere with the use of private property. I have accepted the cancellation decision with good cheer and a sense of gearing up for the future. You should as well.

As a favor to me, and as I have asked this past weekend, PLEASE STOP SENDING EMAILS TO MY COLLEAGUES AT FOX ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF FreedomWatch; and please stop NOW.

All the best,   apn.

When I saw this I wondered if the Judge could possibly elaborate on it.

Computers (and possibly email software, but that's a separate debate) are property.  The can't use their email properly because their techs aren't smart enough to filter everything with the words "freedom watch".  Depending on the sheer volume, they may also need additional hardware.

You might argue that they left it open to receive and so it's their fault, but that's like blaming the homeowner who leaves his door unlocked when a thief steals his TV.

I do not agree with the video, Im going to file a report to my police about the original poster posting that, and forcing me to watch it.

If Judge Napolitano had waited for 2 more weeks he could've learnt from this guy how to get fired in under 1 min.

Under 5 mins is for lamers...
