I am doing trades there regularly, but when I once had a problem with someone not releasing the btcs after I made my payment, it took pretty long till the support answered... Waiting to get a response from the admin for a trade with a deadbeat buyer that won't pay or respond. I've had lots of trouble selling BTC there but never any problem buying BTC. I guess because the seller has to have BTC on the site before they can enter an order. A buyer doesn't need anything to place a buy order, hence the problem with deadbeat buyers.
