Buying a gun (private party) with cash is perfectly legal, I don't see the difference. The one thing I do notice over and over again is that guns payed for with bitcoin (both on the darkweb and here) seem way too cheap... These also seem to be about 20% under retail. People have been arrested for mailing guns to EU from the US when their package was stoppped by US customs leaving the country It's nothing to do with bitcoin whether they're a scam or not, it's just an obvious scam |
