The developer has given what seems like legit personal info that links him to the site. While I would still be suspicious I think the likelihood of this being an outright scam has decreased and is more likely legit if the CEO can prove further the person he id'd really is him.

And yeah, I'd certainly be careful. I think for any new exchange to succeed they will have to be completely transparent, with the names of the exchange owners, state or country they work in and all of that stuff. |
