Edit, this isnt me asking for pay to a charity, this is because you cant claim the money back, and a charity wins and he gets his BTC and easy way for me to give money to charity. Because people are doing that, I'm not worried about losing $5, because this way i lose $5 anyway, I'm just annoyed of people trying to scam. So this way its harder for the buyer to screw over the seller, and i'm not willing to risk my cred on here for $5.
