Seems there's quite a few of these bots messaging people. I got a message from the above user this morning. Just report the messages when you get them. I forgot about that feature :P I'm sometimes hesitant about reporting them since I read about if you report it and you're wrong it can affect you some how. That's just forum posts and the only 'bad' thing that would happen if you get a bad report would be your accuracy percentage goes down a point, but reporting unsolicited mail like this wouldn't effect your score.

Those new accounts need to wait for 6 minutes for each PM, so they need to spend 1.7 hours to send them even with 100 different IPs, right?
