The fact that you (say you) won't get away when there are enough funds doesn't change it is still a ponzi. Just state it's a ponzi and that people will only get their BTC doubled if people after them deposit also. You're making it look like you guarantee everyone to double their coins which is just impossible (everyone with half a brain knows it).
