Title: [WTS] Sapphire 290x ref. - $350 (or bitcoin equivalent) + shipping Post by: EPiSKiNG on June 24, 2014, 02:33:05 AM I have a sapphire 290x for sale that has an issue with display... When I try to boot to windows with it, it acts like the refresh rate isn't syncing up with the monitor.
