anyway in a bizarre cut and paste accident i sent this address 4 btc this afternoon. if you received a mysterious 4 btc 2/29/2012 16:47 with this address if you could send me 3 back it will be a whole heck of a ton of good karma! If you sent BTC previously to that address then we know it was you who sent the previous and only transaction that the address has. Or were you the recipient of the 44.8 BTC that were sent from there and not the sender?

However, I found where it went I was reminded when someone posted it was sent 44.8 BTC. The only place I ever sent that amount was to MTgox! Since the address is still valid I have it in my account ! I am sure we (usually) double check the address each time we paste it by checking the last few characters or something, but wouldn't it be nice if us Bitcoiners had integrated ways of posting a visual address? Perhaps the technology isn't ready yet but Bitpay and the client could easily have such a feature.
