How you drink your coffee? Black? Sugar? Milk?

I take ~20% coffee, ~80% milk, maybe little bit sugar/honey and couple ice cubes  8)

I have no idea what those fancy names means :P

I have a Gaggia espresso machine. Usually take it black, sometimes as americano. Sometimes we make cafe breves (steamed cream) and soy lattes.:)

A tall cup of coffee with a drop of milk or cream (depending on which I have at the time) and three teaspoons of sugar. It's what I have every morning (and often evening aswell).

Dark with flavored creamer.

Never black unless it's free but there's nothing else with it.

Either with some flavored liquid or milk or cream, no powdered sweetener or creamers.

Black. I used to put a little bit of milk and two spoons of sugar, but both of those things are unhealthy. Milk can't be digested by most adult humans and can cause acne/indigestion, while added sugar is just bad for you straight up.

The coffee does taste like shit for now, but I think I will get used to it. Rather be healthy.

I drink mostly instant coffee. It has a distinct flavor other than the brewed one that I really like.

I add a little bit of cream, but no sugar. What a great taste! :o I think I have to get another one right now... :D

I got one of those machines you put the capsules in. Heaps of diff flavours but sometimes I get over the machine and just do classic coffee in cup method.

80% milk? Do you even taste the coffee?  ;D I have around 40% and it gives me one hell of a boost.

At home we have an Expresso machine, so whenever I want i can get some fresh coffee from the machine we have!
So I always take a expresso with milk and sugar, just because the coffee will be the best flavoured.
It's a really nice machine because before it makes the coffee it will grind the beans fresh, so I always have nice coffee.

It is kinda of ice coffee, if it would have more coffee it would be like hand warm coffee, and that would taste bad. And I make that small amount of coffee very strong ;)
Coffee have to be very hot or very cold (+milk) or it tastes horrible.
And if I would cool that coffee and use less milk, well, cold coffee without milk taste horrible (salty water).
It is good at summer when you might not wan't to drink anything hot.
At winter I take like 20% milk.
So at winter I drink 80%/20% and summer 20%/80% ;D

I don't really like coffee but when I take (when I'm studying etc), I take it black. (Although I do like the smell and ice coffee drinks)

I only drink cofee when I really want to be awake for a long while

On the weekdays I take a "Galão" - 3/4 milk, 1/4 expresso. After lunch, an expresso.
On the weekends I make black cofee on my french press and in the morning take it as a "Galão" and drink it like an expresso during the day.
Usually, after a meal at the restaurant, I also take an expresso.
Sometimes I also drink nespresso and dolce gusto.

I take it black, no sugar. 8)

Do you eat like to eat salt? Without anything? No.
But you still use it in your food. Why? Because it tastes good with food.
Same thing with coffee, it taste good with milk.
And it has caffeine and not so much sugar if compared to energy drinks so it is healthier.

iced coffee vietnamese style is really good, but it's so potent that i can't drink it. put some coffee, condensed milk, and ice. to me, it's the best.. and very simple too.

My orders are always the same.  Though I like variety I found that it's hard to try something different once you've tried the delicious yummyiness of a Blended Mocha Frapuccino with extra chocolate and tons of whip-cream ;)

Got a Gaggia espresso machine a couple years ago and have become a bit of a snob ever since. Illy espresso, usually make double espresso or two-shot americano, and when I'm not lazy, I steam some milk for a nice frothy top to a perfect crema. 8)

Coffee can be addictive. Green Tea is a less strong substance for caffeine.

Black. Sometimes some milk is okay. Or soy milk. But no sugar. Sugar is only acceptable in cold sweet Starbucks coffees. Which aren't exactly coffees, but mere desserts. But as such they can be quite enjoyable at times.

Exactly that! I don't drink coffee at all. I have enough of addicting things in my life. Pleasure of drinking coffee is dubious anyway. I would rather drink milk alone or plain water. Heck, even tea is better...

Black and hot. Very hot. Back in the 80s, we'd sometimes even slip in some liqueur to spice things up and get the creativity going. But that's almost impossible nowadays, since HR will sack you for being drunk at the workplace... Good times back then...

Sometimes cappuccino with sugar, especially in the morning. Easy way to get some carbs and proteins in, because I hate eating breakfast.

i had some strong coffee and it made me feel a little nauseated. i only like it in small doses. i don't even think i'm addicted to caffeine, it's just the taste that i like.

Hahah, yeah I can relate! I think a lot of cream or milk just lets you taste the aroma of the coffee in a better way. If the coffee is just plain black, it's too bitter in my opinion. You need to have something that makes it less bitter so you can really taste it!

I did not like my coffee too be much sugary and creamy.

I'm not really much of a coffee connoisseur but I do love a mocha or cappuccino. You just can't beat the glory of coffee and chocolate. I'd like to try other coffees but all the different types just confuse me and I don't like coffee if it's too strong as I absolutely cannot drink black coffee. Has to have a sweetness to it without dousing it in sugar.

When i order it is usually an Espresso (the strongest one, like Dolce gusto 9/10 at home), i put 1 milk and 1 sugar in it (sometimes nothing).

What??? No, guys... what the Hell. You add your seasonings to the coffee filter, not the liquid drink! Cinnamon is a great proof-of-concept. Add a generous pinch to a small handful of ground or crushed cinnamon in with your coffee grounds. Fresh-ground ginger is another great.

If you're going to add something to the liquid, make it Irish whiskey. :P

Same as me. Usually add condensed milk or sweet cream and sugar. I prefer it with honey, but the best one can be expensive and hard to get.

i can drink and digest milk in pints  and have not suffered from acne or indigestion or anything else
i think the amount of milk in a coffee is trivial and will cause no issues for most people although
asians seem to be particularly sensitive to milk

I like drinking flavored coffee personally. With a lot of cream and a tiny bit of sugar so I can still taste the flavors. I'm actually cutting back on coffee because I've been getting more and more antsy at night due to drinking a ton of it during the day time.

I really love coffee but a lot of coffee beans contain toxins. Alway look for good quality Arabica beans to help avoid the toxins.

Studies on coffee and health don’t control for processing methods or the source of the beans.  This means the coffee beans are almost always contaminated with mycotoxins.  Mycotoxins are damaging compounds created by molds which grow on coffee beans (among other things).  These compounds cause all sorts of health problems like cardiomyopathy, cancer, hypertension, kidney disease, and even brain damage.  They also make your coffee taste bitter, like it needs sugar.

Mycotoxins are in almost all low quality brands of coffee.  One study showed that 91.7% of green coffee beans were contaminated with mold.  This is before they were processed, which allows even more mold to grow.  Another study showed 52% of green coffee beans and almost 50 percent of brewed coffees are moldy.  Coffee is easily one of the largest sources of mycotoxins in the food supply.

Coffee is only bad for you if it serves as a delivery platform for mold.

Cheaper coffee varieties cost less because they use poor quality beans and they allow a higher percentage of damaged (moldy) beans, then companies process them with techniques that add flavor but amplify the amount of toxins.

“Blends” of coffee are bad news because they mix cheap beans from multiple areas, almost guaranteeing that you’ll get some moldy ones.  This is why its important to buy your coffee from a single estate, as outlined in the process for finding the highest performance coffee in your city. If you drink mass market coffee, the beans in your grinder may come from several countries. It’s the same logic that tells you not to eat a hamburger made from the meat of 10,000 animals.

Decaf coffee is even worse.  Caffeine is a natural anti-insect and antifungal defense mechanism for the plant.  It deters mold and other organisms from growing on the beans.  Mold is everywhere, but caffeine helps prevent it from growing on the beans while they’re in storage. When you remove the caffeine, your beans are defenseless.  Decaf coffee is higher in both aflatoxin and ochratoxin.  This is one of the reasons decaf tastes like camel sweat.

You might think the more expensive types of coffee will be good for you, but this isn’t the case.  Arabica beans are typically less moldy than robusta beans. (Robusta is what you find in Folgers and cheap coffee.) But even expensive types of coffee are usually processed with methods that allow mold to grow.

The natural process method is common in African coffee.  This allows the beans to sit outside where they can collect bird feces and other debris.  They mold. One of my favorite high end coffee roasters describes natural process beans as, “Delicious, flavorful, and psychedelic” because they affect how his brain works.

I know they don't tate as good as the expensive stuff but most work places
that provide free tea and coffee for staff use one of   these brands

I like German and Belgian Hi quality beers too but if I'm out with friends and all we have is a  cheap
mass produced beer I'll drink it but the difference in taste and hangover is  night and day  to a good German  wheat beer

With quality important beers like leffe, erdinger or hoegaarten I don't really get hangovers like the cheap nasty stuff

You can die if you drink too much of anything. The mortality rate for people who drink water is 100%. You also die if you drink too little. Life sucks, no?

Maxwell is absolutely awful, like Folgers. They use bad beans, seem to roast to a char, and don't seal them properly. I mean, if you're just going to dump a bunch of sugary creamer in the cup, who cares? -But if you want to enjoy the taste of the coffee and/or not die of obesity, no good. Idunno about Nescafe. Really ought to grind your own beans. Vacuum-packed grounds can be alright -- better than canned coffee, anyway, but without the price usually associated with whole beans, especially for those of us unfortunate enough to not live near large roasting operations. Ultimately, even using whole beans, coffee is usually significantly less expensive than soda. Water quality matters, too, of course. Hard water can balance and eliminate the issues with coffee's acidity as it relates to your teeth and gut, but I'd argue the tradeoff is in the coffee's taste -- that said, I use hard water on pre-ground coffee out of laziness - and it really depends on how the water tastes outside of how hard it is, too.

To prevent mold, clean your coffee-maker every now and then (fill it with vinegar, run it, then rinse & wipe... make sure it completely dries before running again)... like a refrigerator, toilet, ice-maker, or pretty much anything else with extended exposure to moisture. :D Don't leave used filters in drip coffee-makers. Frequent use will reduce the likelihood of mold buildup. It's been shown some single-cup machines do have mold issues and are difficult to clean, however (ironic considering how relatively expensive they are).

It's a real art for me to make coffee at home. Nothing is better than a very first one cup of coffee in the early morning. Are you agree with me?  ;) I'm so obsessed with coffee that my husband even bought me an espresso machine for my birthday. Believe me, it was the best gift ever! For sure, he could choose something better, from these jonsguide (http://jonsguide.org/best-home-espresso-machine-reviews/) list, for example, but...  :( Anyway, it's a bad idea to look a gift horse in the mouth, right? So I'm extremely happy with my small espresso machine. I even gave a name for it. It's Bob. Bob is my best coffee maker ;)

Never Made drinking coffee in a coffee machine. Always prefer instant coffee. A cook at home, too, did not have to.

It is said that coffee should be drunk without anything. So I'm drinking coffee without sugar and milk. The smell of coffee is good.

I've been drinking it with milk and sugar for about 2 years, then I tried it black. After 2 weeks I got used to it and only drink it black since then. :)

I use a teaspoon most especially if it is very hot, takes me 15 minutes to finished a cup coffee.

Usually I drink coffee without milk and sugar, but with chocolate sweets  ;)

I never tried it with one of those NESTLE strawberry flavored straws.    8)

I like to buy different coffee in coffee automates, my favorite is mochaccino.

I like the whole process of making coffee. First, fry and grind grain, and only then to cook. I like strong coffee and a little sugar.

I like to drink coffee with a triple double cream. I drink at the cafe, and do not cook at home, because I do not know how.

Dark roast, one sugar, one ice cube (damned sensitive teeth) . And a shot of bourbon, if it's looking like an especially rough day.

I love the smell of coffee in the morning, i don't drink it, though.

The benefits of coffee is really important. True say that drinking coffee if you want to sleep, but that's not true. If I want to sleep, and drink coffee, then my dream will be even better.
