PROBLEM: I want to buy a product from Amazon (or other site) and it doesn't ship internationally. SOLUTION: Send BTC to someone who can go to a place like Amazon and order a product. When it arrives, he goes to the postal office and ship it internationally. He would charge a fee obviously. Someone willing to help me? No they don't accept bitcoins only fiat, but they do have their own international courier service thats cheaper (but much longer) than the post or any other courier. I've used them many times to ship stuff from the US and am very satisfied, and I've also it as a mail forward so that I can signup to stuff thats available to US citizens only. They also have a depot in Shenzhen, China (you can pretend to be a chinese company and buy pretty much anything from all the nearby manufacturers for dead cheap).
