wait until you get them.  this will allow for measurements.

you may decide  5 shelf 2 per shelf with psu in the middle  of each pair is the way to go

I found solid shelf was better as it stopped heat rising from one shelf to the next

I'd wait until you see and measure them for sure. One possibility might be a logisys CS4802BK 4U rackmount case, I could fit 3 antminer s1's and a power supply in one of them.  They are cheap and need to be stripped down (remove all the inner cages, mounts, etc). A better model (but more expensive) is a rosewill RSV-L4500 case, it has 8 fans for cooling.

You mean the enclosure like cabinet rack?  or are you talking about casing to cover it over?

Antminer itself now has the cover

if you are into rack, you can use standard rack with shelvings and you can dense them really well without worry about damaging the hashing cards or the control card as S3's components are now completely covered in the retail metal casing.

If you are planning to use the enclosed rack cabinet, you might want to make sure you can push/freshout the hot air from ants.  I'm sure S3 will be the space heater like S1.

P.S: The photo came from CoinDesk.com - http://www.coindesk.com/bitmain-releases-energy-efficient-478ghs-antminer-s3/

Enclosed rack cabinet my mistake for not clarifying. Which I understand about the airflow I've seen some that already have built in AC units but the price tag on them are a tad steep and I believe fans will do just fine as I keep the temp already at a steady 67f

Where are you located?  My forthcoming 12u server racks might suit your needs.  Here are pics of a prototype (just the frame):
