before eating i add olive and some red wine vinegar
this is the food for 2 days :) when i remember to buy i replace the walnuts whit brazil nuts

I don’t know why no one ever commented on your salad. I tried it. It’s fattening but it is delish!

Thanks for the bump, JennyHill, I missed this. And thanks for showing me a use for wolframalpha I wasn't aware of, myself. Handier than all the calorie counting websites out there!
