The price is $2500 per unit, consider extended warranty and 3 weeks of paid hosting.

Might reduce some for 5 and more units.

$2500 per unit...with free power takes 224 days to ROI.  How firm is that price?

Could do 5 or more per $2250.

Add in Your model at least 5% monthly bitcoin price growth.

One reason why someone won't pay $2500 per 1.45 TH is because bitmaintech.com completely beats that pricing.

Antminer S3 sells for 0.725 BTC. Each are 478GH Per unit.

366/478=0.766W/GH They are more power efficient then your units and way cheaper.

For $2500, 2500/630=3.968 BTC.

With that I could order 5 Units and keep 10% of BTC, for math sakes, 5.47 Units in total would yield
5.47*478=2,614.66 GH.

2500/2614.66=0.956GH/USD
95.6 Cents per GH for Bitmain.

VS

2500/1450= 1.724GH/USD

172 Cents Per GH for yours.

Also 5% more power efficient.

Market pricing for your unit is around 95.6 Cents per GH, at 1450GH, your unit at most should be $1,386.2 or 2.2 BTC.
Anything over that and anyone will prefer to buy from bitmaintech, or from china, instead from here.

Wrong..If I pay with bitcoins...USD is irrelevant.  Your price is way too high.  If I buy using bitcoins..I will never mine that many back.

Are you just trying to get someone stupid enought to buy your overpriced miners or are you the one that's stupid?
Mining profit doesn't rise, it's the value of your btc that is rising so it's better to just keep the btc's.

You need to compare prices to other used miners... Doubt anyone will still pay that price for 1 TH. Used Cointerra going for less.

Hi for those in US,

Could you please tell me how much % of duties should you pay on imported miners from China/Hong Kong and is there any on Israel ones?

European customers are also welcome for response.

Just the way zodiac cancer makes research)

the matter is import from Israel to US should not be obliged with duties and VAT (?) at all due to free trade.

and the same import from China/Hong Kong will be obliged to pay 20% (?) or more on a considerable invoice amount of above $1000 - is it true?

In 1-2 months why would anyone want one? the SP30's will be more available at 6TH/s for ~$5,000

Good luck trying to sell the SP10's for more than $1500 each now, (I'll take a few at $1500 by the way)

Plus in 1-2 months I have no doubt there will be bigger and  badder stuff out there for a lot cheaper.

Are you referring to the SP30's?

That's not the point here, whether I get anything in stock or not, I'm not the one trying to sell overpriced hardware at this moment.

In 2 months if I cant get an SP30, I will buy the next 6-10 TH/s unit for the same price from another vendor.

You see things move fast here, faster and faster these days than ever before.

So I wouldn't be concerned if I can can get something in 2 months, I would be more concerned if you can get rid of your outdated overpriced gear in 2 months or even now for that matter.

thanks for your concern though!

I will be able to send them to datatank location and pay 60$ per kw at that time )

I really think bitcoin might grow above $1000 in August and after so miners could rise in price 2x as it was in April 2013. So selling miners now might be not good idea. But I need money in my main business.

Not so fast not to ROI on them )

About btc price: bubble is over (look at google trends or Fibo levels as well as Fibo timezones for btc price) . Mining profitability is under historical average. It would be perfect for new btc bubble if some manufacturer of miners collected $100m of preorders and shipped them almost at the same time (like BFL in August - October 2013). Or if someone like Avalon mined with new technology for 25% of the system - then no sellers of BTC on the market and Bubble is on the way )

On the other hand PBOC do not like such bubbles, so if none of 2 variants be in place (I think no manufacturer be able to do such a stuff) - then less negative volatility for btc price and plain rise )

PS. We should just beg manufacturers not to do like in Litecoin - selling few in stock to the broad public: it crashes price tothehell

PS2. Money needed for my partner liquidity concerns, not to borrow at high %

Problem with that price is that s4 @ 2th/s is 1250 just a few bucks more then your price with less power use.

Is still to high, I'm getting ready to order an sp35 or s4.

S4              $1250/2000 gh = 0.625 $/gh and it is likely to explode Chinese rock (0.7 w/gh)

SP35           $3920/6000 gh = 0.653 $/gh in late November with unconfirmed 0.6 w/gh

My proposal  $750/1450 gh = 0.517 $/gh now with confirmed 0.8 w/gh.

My proposal  $750/1450 gh = 0.517 $/gh now with confirmed 0.8 w/gh.

while you may be right about other products from china, there hasn't been any claims of bitmains miners exploding :P now if we were talking about KNC then i'd say yer dead on :)

that said i'll offer .7 btc per unit ;D

I'll do 2 btc each if you could throw in shipping to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia...

For some poorly understood reason the this region still has ppl willing to pay more for the machine than what it'll ever generate in its economic lifespan...

Perhaps because it's difficult to buy bitcoin there, so people buy miners instead?

I think horcoff won't mind me saying this. These machines are currently hashing in our datacenter, http://toom.im. We have some of the lowest rates in the industry, so if you want to keep them here and hash with us, you won't have to deal with shipping.

SCAM ALERT :o

I got the following PM in reply to my offer from "horcof"

Hi,

Thanks for the offer.

Had to think long and hard on this one, at first I dismissed it as low ball offer but considering recent difficulty increases and expected returns I think its a fair offer.

My BTC address is :

1BLNFHwqSUaaMr9VmR6FGXAmbLo8WHL2ed

Ill be on and offline most of today, as soon as payment is received ill pm you the hosting login details where you can change the units over to your details.

No reason why you cant have these beasts hashing to your pay out address by close of play today.

Thanks,

horcoff

He did sign it with 2 f's

Offer still stands

What are the terms of the hosting agreement? E.g. how long is the contract, hosting rate per kw, cost to transfer ownership, cost for hosting center to pack up and ship out the miners at end of life/contract? I can't really calculate a price without that information. PM me if you can't make this information public by the terms of your agreement with the hosting center. When it comes to these data center costs, sometimes a Spondooly in the hand is worth two Spondoolies in the bush.

jtoomim has price 80-99 $ kW/mo. My contract ends very soon so it is a good time to change ownership by paying to jtoomim as escrow. Be careful of scams, check profile which sent you info (activity, spelling)! Recheck info with me + jtoomim.

I am seeking for $650 (BTC 1.85) per unit and willing to sell all at once. In case miners remain at jtoomim after sale - ready to sell even 1 for that price

S4              $1250/2000 gh = 0.625 $/gh (0.7 w/gh)

SP35           $3595/5500 gh = 0.653 $/gh in late November with unconfirmed 0.66 w/gh

My proposal  $650/1450 gh = 0.45 $/gh in 0.9 w/gh mode (or 0.65 $/gh in 0.7 w/gh mode)

No fee for transfer of ownership. We will ship it to you or your next hosting provider at cost. We should still have the packaging for these machines, so at-cost would probably just mean postage. The paper padding that Spondoolies uses tends to wear out with repeated use, so we might have to get some extra padding material. Our rates are published on our website (http://toom.im), and we don't deviate from them. Month-to-month terms are $99/kW per month. Three-month terms are $93/kW.

can you confirm that your units are using around 1200W each at jtoom.im's DC?
The 1200W rating that is listed on Spondoolies's page is for 12V DC power. In actuality, most SP10 PSUs are capable of supplying 1260W, and some can go as high as 1265W. Since the PSUs the SP10 uses are about 91% efficient at that load, that means around 1260/0.91 = 1384W of AC draw.

Horcoff requested metered billing for these machines. We measured these SP10s as consuming 1.314 kW each at the wall, which is lower than we typically see for SP10s in our datacenter (typically around 1.38 kW). However, it was much warmer then, and most of his SP10s were not hitting their PSU limits in 12V DC power. Right now, our machines are getting intake temps around 10°C, and it looks like horcoff's SP10s are hitting their PSU limits as a result (and hashing faster).

Can you tune them down to reach a 1kW continous power consumption? If so, how much can they hash at 1kW?

Thanks.

I understand, its just that the $100/kw blows it for me... Check my math, $110/month/sp10 and at 1350 it will generate $210.  In Washington the Alternantive energy costs about $2/100kwh so about $15.84/miner/month or commercial is about $28.65/miner/month.  I would pay about $76.03/miner/month and will be $49.89/miner/month shortly.

For 1 miner:
Toomin makes - between $81.35 and $94.16
I make - $100 if hosted with Toomin or $134 ($160.11 shortly)-- if hosted at home

So my point is that hosting it with Toomin is great for people with expensive electricity, but for me it doesnt't make any since for them to make as much as me cause i am out the cost of the rig which I can make up faster with the extra $60/month.

good luck....keith

people here refers to sp 20 which is obviously selling in $.

I assume one should add $75 for good psu which is a part of sp 10.

so we have $500/1700 = 0.294 $/gh   -->  0.294*1450=$426  -->   + $75 = $500 ---> i made reduction from that price to $475

sp 20 goes without psu, what is fair price of sp 10 now considering that fact?

Well SP20 is more efficient also..kind of comparing apples to oranges.

I offer 7BTC for all of them shipped...Obviously I price them in BTC since that is what they produce not USD.

people here refers to sp 20 which is obviously selling in $.

I assume one should add $75 for good psu which is a part of sp 10.

so we have $500/1700 = 0.294 $/gh   -->  0.294*1450=$426  -->   + $75 = $500 ---> i made reduction from that price to $475

Well new versus used also..blah blah. Price it for me in Bitcoins since that is how I would be paying.

Oh yeah! acting like a smartass will for sure sell your units ;)

Sooner than later, the value of the units will get down so much that they will not be worth shipping!
This means you are going to cry like a baby, cause you didn't sell them when you had the opportunity!

New gear, wattage efficient and with higher hash rate is coming soon...

Seems like you have made the best offer, was hoping for a higher price but doesnt look like its going to happen.

1.05BTC per unit it is then Sad

My payment address :

1969BLJU6HdMHqQFPCg65iet6efNJ22G9S

After payment just drop me a pm with the transaction I.D and your shipping info.

Sorry, even at: 1.05BTC not feasible at current BTC price - per GiGaWatt usage for these units.

Good luck to the seller and the scamster on this forum.

PS - Never pay a PM BTC address, especially when it's a scamster! Nice try Horcof - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=384716 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=384716).
