Simple, fast, fee 0.1% Sending Euro, exchange BTC. Sending BTC, exchanging Euro edit: I bought my first Bitcoins about 1 month ago. I was new, so for me it was important to find a exchange with a french or german support. Zyado was new at this time (about 2 month old, i think), so i give a chance, because often new player on market do everything for his customers. And it was so. I had to contact support, and the support was in my langauage, helpfull und problems fast solved. Use cryptsy a bit - don't like how they manipulate markets in advance. Use quite a few of the others. I do use Coinbase to get money from my bank account into BTC, but then I usually send my coins to BTC-E and Bitfinex in order to trade. People use them because all the exchanges are shady, but BTC-E has by far the best trading engine/least lag. And they have been around forever, paid out when they were hacked, covered liquidity losses during margin call cascade. They are the most honorable exchange, hands down. Usually I trade BTC on Kraken. Now I started trading in XMR. For this purposes I use Hitbtc and Poloniex. Poloniex because they are current leaders in XMR. But I do not like their time of response and support, but I've got acquainted with it now. Hitbtc because of their 0% fees for XMR traders. Their usability is more user-friendly IMO. So I think I'll continue with XMR at Hitbtc later. But Kraken is my choice for USD/BTC pairs. Also, currently I have succeded in XMR arbitrage poloniex - hitbtc. The trading screen simple and uncluttered plus they've got a very good trading engine. What about the interface/UI? The super laggy trade engine and mismatching of orders? The delayed deposit crediting? When Cryptsy was the go-to place for alt pumps, it was SUCH a mess. Still is. Bitstamp's fees are too high because they use international wire transfers instead of ACH. This means I have to pay $35 on my end and cover Bitstamp's fees of ~$10. Coinbase uses ACH so the fee is usually around $0.30.
