Any plans to make NA accounts?

I should sell an account that has some level on it, what levels and runes would be cosidered worthy ?  I think I should play to sell them

No one really cares about runes, and at least Level 30, and if you're in Silver or something people would buy it. Also if you have limited old skins.

I have a NA league of legends account I would like to sell Silver 3, 25 champions, 9 skins (Pulsfire ezreal) How much is it worth?

Hmmm... I have no idea, but I suspect it wouldn't be much. Try searching on ebay and comparing. Btw, players on NA are so bad, it's really easy to get to Silver. I call at least Gold for NA.

From my experience, not so much.
Skins are worth 0€ unless there are unobtainable or expensive ( PAX Jax, PAX TF, PAX Sivir, etc ).
The champions is a plus, but 25 champs is a low amount ( unless they are 6600IP each ).

What most matters, is the ELO, your account at silver III atm is worth between 10 and 15€, but the same account in Diamond V is worth 50-80€.

Riot is removing the rewards from the refer-a-friend system, so I don't know what will happen to the future of those accounts.

Therefore, I am selling them at a very discounted price (20€ discount each).

There is risk in purchasing those, and if anything happens, I won't accept any responsability. For now ALL NA accounts had their rewards removed but no changes on EUW ones ( still ).

It's on the main page.. 15€ for level 15 with 100 refs ( No stock on NA ), 25€ for level 30 with 100 refs ( No stock on NA, again :P ). Level 30 with 400RP and approx 20k IP is 10€, at NA.

If you buy a EUW account you may lower the risk by transfering it to NA ( Hypothesis ).

Can you gift skins? I'm willing to buy a few skins.

Yeah ofcourse I can, as long as you are on EUW. I can gift 5 skins per day to you after playing a game together with you as far as I know.
