Portable DVD players or their slave monitors work well. Needs to be between 9 and 15". Not looking to spend a lot.

It is brand new (but old stock), 15" lcd I think by RCA. It has component, composite and 15 pin BNC inputs as well as a now defunct analog TV tuner. $80 plus shipping.
