Post by: henriquelb on July 16, 2014, 04:04:56 AM
After a unexpected fall of light power outage, three of my miners started giving various types of LIBUSB error. I tried everything and had no success. If you know how to fix it, enjoy, my loss is your gain.

1x Sierra Board (Just one board 500+GH/s when it worked.)
2x Prospector Board (~500GH/s when it worked.)

I have also one Sierra WaterCooler.

Any offer for the boards of at least 0.20btc 0.50BTC 0.75BTC(current offer) will be considered.
Free Shipping to US48.

WaterCooler - Just offer me.

Any more detail on the issues with the boards?

Do they show up at all? And in cgminer?

And finally, willing to ship internationally?

I would love to fix these for you for free.

I can send the money to escrow (whoever you choose), receive the miners and fix them, then send them back to you.

Yes, all showed on CGMINER, also with the same name that I gave. However there is a lot of LIBUSB errors.

The current offer is 0.50BTC in the boards only.

I mean by fall of light, power outage during the Hurricane Arthur.

Screen shots of each running in cgminer showing the li USB error type( since there are about 25 that I know can occur) would be greatly helpful in diagnosis

I cannot do it, I just returned some PSU and WaterCoolers.

0.2 btc, as i dont think they are sold.
most probably the micro controlers programming was waked because of the power outage you would need a pic-it or something like that to reprogram them... i think

wait, you bump up the price on a miner that gives errors?

Where I did it?

Read again, is straightforward that the value listed there are offers, ie the highest offer at the moment is the minimum for new offers.

No offence but i dont think anyone is going to pay 0,75 btc ~ 1 btc(with shipping) for miners that might never work.
I would take the .75 offer and run, if that offer is still available.
