One question for you , why don't you buy it from exchange like Bitstamp or any other. You will need account there anyways and i think they don't have much waiting time now.

Escrows fine Can also do increments What price and country? Wire fees are charged per transaction, so increments would mean someone is absorbing a lot of the costs. Wire price and exchange rates will depend on which country it's coming from and which one it's going to. |
