Wallet of your chosen cryptocurrency and mysql database. You then use login information to your wallet and mysql database during installation so the script can connect to it and do everything for you.

Is it necessary to reinstall the script when upgrading to the newest version?
Yes, it is necessary to reinstall because of changes in the database system and new theme system structure.

Is it true people using this script someone creates admin and steals money?
In version 1.2, there was X-Frame-Options set to allow, so if you've been logged in and clicked on some weired link someone sent you, he could possibly misuse this option and create 2nd admin account.
This flaw had been removed in version 1.4

It's great to see quicker and quicker ways to set up your own website , requiring little to none technical experience.

For those planning to buy it , you can see how to adjust house edge to your needs here : http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/
If you go for the lowest possible , you can give an edge of around 0.3% to the player (negative house edge) , and the highest possible is around 2.47% house edge. (I'm not sure if any of those extremes are possible with this setup , but it gives a brief idea.

The most significant option is the 3:2 or 6:5 blackjack payout.
The 6:5 blackjack payout significantly reduces house edge and for most highrollers , ruins blackjack.

Thank you for detailed clarification of how the house edge is computed.

Anyway you can easily set this options in administration, and now (thanks to jambola2) you are able to compute estimated house edge of your configuration.

You need to check you system because the balance does not subtract osses every time there is a loss nor record winnings every time.  It also needs to be corrected when there is a spilt hand as it does not record that properly either

We've tested everything now and can't see what you are describing. Could you please send us PM with more detailed information?

If the problem is confirmed, we'll immediately issue the fix.

Thank you for report.

May have got an old script, not sure. Negative withdrawals cause the site to credit the amount towards your account. The "HIT" function freezes the site, causing a refresh and revert back to original delt card. And deposits show as "pending" but never credit towards the account after they are removed from pending status.  Deposits also do not show up in the admin panel either.

SIDE NOTE: i am getting great support from them, but the time differences are making it difficult.

The idea is quite good, but I don't think this is really gonna work. If 100+ people would start a casino, there wouldn't be enough market for all of them.

If 100+ people start one for the same coin correct, But each coin has their own fanbase which would use that coin to play around with.

Thanks,
the withdrawal issue is fixed now but there's still an issue with the hit and double functions. All you can currently do is stand or split when splits available.

Also only about 10% of all deposits are actually showing up some of the time, which is really bad. Any way we can Instant message or anything so we can get more than a few sentences every hour or two between messages? Thanks

EDIT: no deposit's show.

Side note 2. I haven't even opened the site, or let anyone know the name, URL, IP address of the site and someone has already SQL injected into the system's MYSQL DB.

I will work on making the script safe from injection but i would like at least some contact with you guys about the current issues. Thanks

Still experiencing issues with the script. Deposits and hit/double functions do not work. I'm continuing my work on the script since it's been about 2 days.

Title: Re: CoinJack - start your own blackjack casino!
Post by: johny1976 on August 27, 2014, 07:39:48 PM
I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass or anything but it's been about 5 days and the script is broken and i've only received a few 1 sentence replies.. It feels you were there instantly when i was willing to purchase but now that it has issues you've all but disappeared..  If you guys don't have the time i can be fine with a partial refund since i've been working pretty hard to no avail. The javascript is full of issues and syntax errors and after spending about 2 days fixing the script and making it SQL injection proof it's still having issues. I didn't write it so it's 50 times harder for me to go through than you guys which is why i keep asking.

I'm sorry for delay. I've been traveling to solve urgent situation.

PM sent, let's solve it now.

Johny

just my 2 cents for the BJ. the player should get the first card then the house etc., your script it is vice versa.

I would be fine with the house getting the first card, if the script just worked. lol

I'm about 40% done going through line by line fixing the syntax errors but i can't get the hit / split functions to work.

It's tough going through other people's code not knowing how it was all strung together. 1 week now

I do understand he's busy with some issues but i feel like it should have been disclaimed at the beginning. Since it was like instant and fast replies to start, and now that i paid and the script isn't working i haven't seen the guy online on skype at all and maybe 1  sentence reply / day or every other day.

IMO this behavior is unacceptable after someone bought the script. I would be lost and the script would be worthless.

I'm not a potential customer (so feel free to prioritize accordingly :)), but I'm just throwing this out there anyways...

Is your demo site running recent code? My current hand is consistently hanging for me...

Site: http://www.btcircle.com/coinjack/
Initial Array: c44f90201b8bffc3b8c416a81be6f4a9955473ac0efb515487fa2a92d5d50bcc
Client Seed: 575090165533

Dealer: KS -
Player: 4D 4D

Choice: Click on Hit
Result: Buttons all gray out, and then nothing happens

Let me know if you need the "unique" to reproduce...

It is allowed to bet 0. :-)

If this is not enough for you, you can get free coins by clicking on "Giveaway" on the left side.

What's more, it's connected to Bitcoin testnet, so you can actually deposit coins from any testnet faucet for free.

And this actually is a demo by definition. Check it in glossary.

when you get 2 of any card the same (2-2's, 2-5's etc) it only lets you split the cards, no hits or double downs

I did reproduce this bug.  It seems that when you get two of the same cards it now only allows you to split and freezes the other buttons like hit or double.

LOL! sorry for that, but this answer shows that You are an excellent script coder but no clue about gambling and rules. why are you changing the rules of this old game. no need to invent the wheel again. the house gives the 1st card to the player and so on. easy as that. I just wanted to be helpful.

BUG REPORT!

Deposits not showing up to players accounts but are showing up in the wallet.

Two players have confirmed and I have tested it on a few accounts.

Don't know what the issue is but has been working great for a few days and now deposits are not showing up in players accounts.

Player accounts are being built, manual credit is still good so I can give them what they deposited but only withdraws are showing up and no more deposits.

just my 2 cents for the BJ. the player should get the first card then the house etc., your script it is vice versa.

Yes, Blackjack is played right-to-left then dealer.

thanks for confirming it. interesting that buyers of the script are not complaining about that important point. did someone check the provably fair? is it?

Important? It's just order of getting cards, winning odds are same.

LOL! sorry for that, but this answer shows that You are an excellent script coder but no clue about gambling and rules. why are you changing the rules of this old game. no need to invent the wheel again. the house gives the 1st card to the player and so on. easy as that. I just wanted to be helpful.

Ok, sorry about my ignorance and thank you for letting us know, I just didn't think it's so important, but I'm going to correct it in the next version. Thanks again.

Johny

Yes, it looks weird when the dealer gets the first card.  I know it's not stats changing but very much an important part of how card games work. The person left of dealer gets the first card.  This will be more important for multi player blackjack.

New bug Report.

Hey hands with double down are not paying out correctly.  for example, my balance is 10, my bet is 1, I double down so my balance is now 8.  If I win that hand, my balance becomes 10 instead of 12.

this is pretty big.  please fix it soon.

Also, not as important but I just noticed it.  Sometimes the card suits are the wrong color.  A diamond will be black or a spade will be red that kinda thing.

When should we expect an updated version? Thanks!

The dev has been sick the past few days (so has many other people).  He just replied back to me and should be taking a look at the bugs that was found.  He was super quick with fixing the other bugs I've found so I'm guessing he will be no different this time and should have a solution for this issue quickly.

also can you look into this CSS bug.  this is not my SS but it does this also when I load the game in Firefox.

The card totals are showing up above and below the left side menus.

Also, notice how many suits are not the correct color? heheh 6 out of 7

Was the deposit issue fixed? I was up for a few hours was working fine, then just stopped working.

Yea have been having the same issue.  I'm sure the devs are looking into it as it is happening to everyone who has the script I think.

Welp guys, dont buy this script.  Just got hacked, all my wallets just got wiped.

The dude made fake deposits and then real withdraws.

I assume your TOS on refunding wiped coins from hacks applies to my situation.  I would recomend anyone who has bough this script to move your coins asap until this is fixed.

I was able to isolate and correct the negative withdraw exploit bug last night. This problem impacts all your software.

Update content/ajax/_withdraw.php

Replace line:

if (!is_numeric($_GET['amount']) || (double)$_GET['amount']>$player['balance'] || (double)$_GET['amount']<$settings['min_withdrawal']) {

With Line:

if (!is_numeric($_GET['amount']) || (double)$_GET['amount'] < 0 || (double)$_GET['amount']>$player['balance'] || (double)$_GET['amount']<$settings['min_withdrawal']) {

The developer really should look into PDO vs mysql_real_escape_string() to better cage SQL queries.

The problem is actualy in this: (double)$_GET['amount']<$settings['min_withdrawal'] because variable $settings is not defined (and $settings['min_withdrawal'] would otherwise be protected against negative value so your customization is not needed). This is fixed already and waiting for next script release. However we are talking about another bug which needs to be fixed yet.

Thanks anyway

"so your customization is not needed"

So your advising everyone to wait on the latest update and remain vulnerable to this exploit? For now, I will use  (double)$_GET['amount'] < 0 as a fail-safe.

Solution is adding this line above mentioned line:

Code:
$settings=mysql_fetch_array(mysql_query("SELECT * FROM `system` WHERE `id`=1 LIMIT 1"));

This will solve 2 problems in one. This exactly will be included in next release. We're still waiting for double withdrawals solution (which CryptoTV posted) so we do recommend stop all your casinos until this bug is solved.

Has anybody received the 1.4 update yet? I still have my site shutdown from the double-withdrawal issue.

It would be great if the player deposit could be limited too, if anyone has a workaround for that, let me know.

I didn't get the update either...

Here is what I have done to enable manual withdraw review in _withdraw.php as a workaround.

    $amount=(double)$_GET['amount'];
    mysql_query("UPDATE `players` SET `balance`=TRUNCATE(ROUND((`balance`-$amount),9),8) WHERE `id`=$player[id] LIMIT 1");
//    $txid=walletRequest('sendtoaddress',array($_GET['valid_addr'],$amount));
//    mysql_query("INSERT INTO `transactions` (`player_id`,`amount`,`txid`) VALUES ($player[id],(0-$amount),'$txid')");
    mysql_query("INSERT INTO `transactions` (`player_id`,`amount`,`txid`) VALUES ($player[id],(0-$amount),'".prot($_GET['valid_addr'])."')");
    $error='no';
//    $con=$txid;
$con='Withdraws are set to Manual Review: Transation will complete within 24 Hours';
  }
}

No worries, I can live without the max deposit for sure. I thought about it when I read that some player deposited 100 BTC over at primedice and somehow that player ended up losing his balance, I can't imagine trying to help someone find tens of thousands worth of btc floating around.  Just reading that alone gave me seconds thoughts.

Anyway, I think the biggest bug right now seems to be the incorrect color on the deck (spades showing up as red, etc).

Very cool though :D

Anyone have this? How about some bugs? Was any API hacks?

It's a pretty good program, it has a couple of bugs that I'm aware of in v1.4:

1) Card suit color - Displays the wrong color for hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs. Johnny stated he's got a fix for it on the demo version, but it hasn't been released yet as an update.
2) Check deposit function - The function that checks the wallet for deposits and credits the players needs some more work. A workaround is to turn the function into a cron job. Right now it scans a wallet every 30 seconds per user, so imagine what 30-40 concurrent users does.

It's actually not per user but per whole userbase. So if one user comes to the site and loads deposits checking script (for all users, not just him) and then come new user, it just finds that it was already checked in the last 30 secs so it waits to next 30 secs. So the deposits are actually being checked not more than once in 30 seconds for the whole script.

But it seems you're right with the deposits processing needing to be updated yet.. It doesn't work sometimes so I'm going to inspect it till tomorrow and release the fix with wrong colors fix included too.

First card still goes to dealer; when I looked at the code myself, it didn't look that easy to change which is why I think it's probably on the future list.

You need a secure AMP stack to start with. I wouldn't suggest putting your wallet on a VPS either, very risky.

Version 1.5 released

Minor bug fixes:
 - BBCode fixed (news)
 - Deposits processing performance
 - Card dealing order

could some one please tell me what RNG is used ?

In-built PHP function (seeded):

Quote
srand(client_seed);
.. this seeds the RNG

Quote
rand(length);
.. this gives random number based on the seed the previous function has set.

great now it is getting better and better. in case I buy the script how will I contact You in case I need urgent help? I am not a coder and would need all the help I can get. I am sure You will understand that if I am live and will have advertised and will have good action I cant stop the site for a long time if I cant reach You for a few days.
I hope this makes sense

is there a name for the RNG so I could search for it and get more info how good the RNG is?

I am not an expert of provably fair but I am a fan of it. can anyone say something regarding the provably fair handling for this game?

any help is very much appreciated

please take a look at the screenshot. the player shows AK = Black Jack and he should be paid 3 for 2 but here it shows 11,21

this just cant be. the player should be paid 3 for 2 and instead 11,21 should be written Black Jack. or what did I miss here?

another question....can I add in admin/settings the option = Black Jack insurance? in case house shows an Ace

Hi, we are glad you are interested in our script!

Yes, it shows 11,21 but you can check that it really pays 3:2 and it's blackjack. It's not just displayed there, that's all. :)

Insurence no, we may add it in future updates if people who bought it will be interested in it.

In case of tie, dealer wins. It's normal setting in blackjack games and it's also only reason why casino stays profitable.

Yes, you can check images from administration. You can currently choose Blackjack pays: (3:2) or (6:5); Dealer hits on soft 17: YES or NO; Number of decks: 1,2,4,6,8

it should show BlackJack and not 11,21

Insurence no, we may add it in future updates if people who bought it will be interested in it.
Insurance is very important for the house and a must for the house/OP to have this option to add

In case of tie, dealer wins. It's normal setting in blackjack games and it's also only reason why casino stays profitable.
sorry but You are wrong. tie is a tie in BlackJack but You can give the house/OP the option to change it to a win for the house if he wants to higher his % but if Dealer has BJ and Player has BJ it is a tie and not a loss for the player.  sure thing that You can do this but BJ players are not stupid they know the rules all over the world. so at least give the OP the chance to offer it. if I buy the script I would want those options

I dont want to check images I thought You could give a buyer the possibility before he buys the script to login the admin and to see what changes he can do to the rules. the rules You mentioned are just not enough for a good BlackJack operator.

I thought I saw somewhere in this thread or another one a link where you can see what rule options are needed to offer.
the address is here http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/ (http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/)

You didnt answer my question regarding support. if I buy Your script what options do I have to reach You beside here in thread and PM?

thank You for the nice script and work

@OP and all who bought the script

what is the doubling rule and option?

9,10,11 or any 2 cards or always doubling possible?

Here are the rules of a version that I tested a little while back (I don't know what's changed since then).

  • number of decks: configurable according to OP
  • dealer wins ties (very uncommon, typically it's a push)
  • double after hit allowed and on any card values (fairly uncommon)
  • can't split more than once (split 3 times for up to 4 hands is more common)
  • double after split allowed
  • hitting (and/or doubling) after splitting aces allowed
  • BJ pays 3 to 2 or 6 to 5: configurable according to OP
  • dealer peeks (if dealer starts with 21, the hand immediately ends)
  • can't double for less (uncommon)
  • dealer hits on soft 17: configurable according to OP
  • no insurance

thank you for the info. thats exactly what I posted earlier.........the dev is a nice guy and knows how to code, but  (no offense) he has no clue about Black Jack.
we should try to help him to give the script buyers and future OPs the right rules so the OP can chose the %age he wants to offer to the players.

regarding number of decks, lests ay 6 decks are used how deep will the shoe go until it reshuffles? I would prefer if there would be an option to reshuffle after each round

I get the same impressions (not that I'm any sort of BJ expert though... I haven't played in years). There's a lot of good (http://wizardofvegas.com/guides/blackjack/) information (http://wizardofvegas.com/guides/blackjack-survey/) available (http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/) on the topic, though.

Regardless of shoe size, a reshuffle occurs before every hand. (Implementing it any other way would be problematic due to the the provably-fair requirement.)

Correct.

At first glance, that seems... silly. But if you consider how it works, and how it might work if there wasn't a reshuffle before each hand, it makes more sense.

Right now, at the beginning of each hand you're given access to a hash of the shoe. At the end of a hand, you're given access to the entire contents of the shoe. This supposedly* makes the game fair because the server can't change the shoe after the game has begun.

Obviously, once the shoe is revealed, it can't be used for the next hand, so a reshuffle is in order. An alternative would be to only show the entire contents of the shoe right before a reshuffle, e.g. once 66% or 75% (or some other %) of the shoe was used up and a reshuffle would be "normally" required.

But what happens if the player wants to leave before the next reshuffle? In other words, if the player wants proof that the game isn't rigged, should they be forced to continue playing until the next reshuffle?

One option might be to allow the player to view the contents of the shoe at the end of any hand of their choosing (which of course would be followed by a reshuffle), but this isn't any better. A card counter could use this to their advantage and force a reshuffle whenever the count gets too low. (This sort of strategy is possible IRL but more difficult because it involves moving between tables under the watchful eye of security.)

So there probably isn't a better option; had I been the coder I probably would have made the same decision.

* I haven't actually looked at CoinJack's provably fair algorithm, so I don't claim it actually is provably fair, I'm just taking their word for it. If all they provide is a hash of the shoe and nothing more, there would definitely be some problems....

thank You for the detailed answer. even a reshuffle after each hand is slightly against the house% I am voting for the reshuffle.

and thank Yo for the Provably Fair explanation. ( I think a correct Provably Fair option is a must).

but it would be nice if we could get an answer if this is really Provably Fair? maybe the dev could say something here to clarify it.

lets see the rule changes in next update.

I cant code and I am a totally noob regarding provably fair. how comes that you are so familiar with it?

thanks

You've lost the game but won the "insurance bet". Your balance is OK. If you've bet 2 BTC, then insured yourself, it took you another 1 BTC (Total 3 BTC bet). Dealer has blackjack so you've lost the game but won the insurance bet -> you've won 2 BTC

Two-factor authentication and access logs in administration. Users can also protect their unique account by password. Everything is encrypted of course.

I was testing the game on your demo site out.

Came across an opportunity to split a pair of 7s.
I had 0.00000070 in my account (from bonus).
My original bet was 0.00000035.
When I split, it doubled my bet and took it to 0. (expected)
One set of cards won (see pic below) and the other lost. However, the game gave me an overall loss and didn't return any winnings.

Expected: wins/loses should be calculated on each played hand in a split. Not overall.

I wish there was a guide on how to set up a wallet on VPS properly & how to configure MySQL to work with the scrypt.

All the readme says is: "Follow the instructions at each installation step."

I can make a MySQL database with username, password, & database name.. i guess the Host is localhost.

But I always get the error "Database error! Can't connect to database".

I can't get past step 3 in the install, I have a GoDaddy VPS and it uses CentOS 6 + cPanel OS. Control Panel is on something called WHM WebHost Manager VPS Optimized 3.

maybe if I can get the wallet running on the VPS I can connect to the database?

help me out, I'm such a N0000BBB

hmm I assume you bought the script. so you should have all the details to contact Johnny and he should help you IMO. I didnt buy it because I am also a noob and afraid I will not get the help I need and also there are still some rules that I am waiting for in one of next updates.

Unfortunately the readme file is extremely lacking. There should be a walk through at least saying how to set up the bitcoind server.

And an explanation on which PHP modules are required to get it up and running.

no I didnt buy it yet because there are some settings missing in backend that I would like to see. I mean to adjust the rules and house edge.

and I also was afraid that I dont get support if I need it as I saw many asked for support and they didnt get it or very late I asked Johnny for a support solution. he gave me what I posted in the posting before this one
let me know if You reached him and you got support.

my concern is that if I go real and I need help/support and if I dont get it quick I will lose money and customers.

I am not a coder :(

I found the problem and fixed it.

There is an error in the sql syntax.

To fix open /www/install/coinjack.sql

go to line 163 and 164 and put a comma at the end of each line.

Code:
163:  `bj_pays` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0'
164:  `tie_dealerwon` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1'
165:  `insurance` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1'

Code:
163:  `bj_pays` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
164:  `tie_dealerwon` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1',
165:  `insurance` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1'

Johny,

i am very disappointed in what i have received. i have only begun to play with software however this is what is wrong with it thus far...

1.  out-of-the-box it does not work, there is a coding syntax error and the cards are undefined.
2.  it does not recognize the correct payout on a double-down.  it deducts a double bet from balance, but only pays as a straight bet if customer wins.
3.  on a card split, if the customer wins one hand and loses the other,  it does not recognize that the customer won one and lost one, which is a wash...it     recognizes both hands as a loss.

4.  if both the customer and dealer get a first card Ace, after declining insurance, the cards vanish, and there is no mention of a Win or a Loss.  it is simply reflected in the player's balance.

5.  i also set the house to have to hit on soft 17.  i stayed on 16, the house hit on soft 17 and flipped over a 9, the house had 16 and the game was deemed a tie---WTF ???  the house cannot stay on 16 and call the game a tie.  (view picture below)
http://s3.postimg.org/wvgeoekkf/soft_16_TIE_picture.jpg (http://postimg.org/image/wvgeoekkf/)

mind you, i have only played withh it for less than 15 mins, and this is what i have found thus far in CoinJack 1.6.   These bugs and just unacceptable...do you even review you product/service before you release it ?  apologies for being harsh, but it's ridiculous that this was even released in this manner.

has anyone found fixes to these bugs ?  help would greatly be appreciated.

mind you, i have only played withh it for less than 15 mins, and this is what i have found thus far in CoinJack 1.6.   These bugs and just unacceptable...do you even review you product/service before you release it ?  apologies for being harsh, but it's ridiculous that this was even released in this manner.

has anyone found fixes to these bugs ?  help would greatly be appreciated.

thanks for the posting. why are you the only one who found those bugs? I understood that he sold a few scripts.

that might be the reason that no one wanted to give a link of his site. there cant be one with those bugs. yes very disappointing >:(

i am very disappointed to say the least in the quality of this product.  i am hoping Johny1976 can shed some light and give me a fix for these bugs, if not i am asking for a full refund.  the game as-is, is not blackjack.  the developer created his own bizzaro game.  mistakes happen, and perhaps my current temperament is getting the best of me, but the fact that this is being sold as a finished product of the game of Blackjack is just an embarrassment.  the developer may be an awesome coder, but i suggest he learn the game and fully test it before releasing it into the wild.

anxiously awaiting your response Johny1976

I'm also waiting on a reply from Jhony, last time I heard from him was on the 14th when he agreed to help set up my site and I sent my login details. I sent a couple of messages over the last week but get no reply.

I have a very good understanding of the game and I know PHP so I am going to try to fix these bugs myself.

I will not hand over the fixes, though. If he wants my code that fixes these game breaking bugs he will have to pay me.

Yes you can have any obscure altcoin on your site. Altcoin would be my choice to minimize the risk.

I choose an altcoin I'm invested in with a low market cap that 100% PoS. I figured as long as the cold storage is staking new coins it will minimize if not cover all losses from bets.

I'm looking forward to the CoinJack update.

additional bugs in Coinjack 1.6:

6.  when the player busts, the dealer still hits/takes a card. that should not happen.
7.  when the dealer black jacks, the game glitches and player bet amount goes back to "0" default.  so if player clicks on bet, the amount being bet is 0 for the next hand, instead of what he bet last.  that in itself will cause a lot of confusion and customer service issues. players will win and think they bet the same amount and get ZERO winnings for that hand.

thus far there are 7 bugs in this version that deem it unplayable and incomplete.  please post a progress update, as you have customers that have paid and
are awaiting a usable product.

i fully understand this is the holiday season, but you have customers that are losing out on possible revenue, further delays beyond the scope of "a couple of days" is not acceptable.

below are the previous 5 bugs:

1.  out-of-the-box it does not work, there is a coding syntax error and the cards are undefined.
2.  it does not recognize the correct payout on a double-down.  it deducts a double bet from balance, but only pays as a straight bet if customer wins.
3.  on a card split, if the customer wins one hand and loses the other,  it does not recognize that the customer won one and lost one, which is a wash...it     recognizes both hands as a loss.

4.  if both the customer and dealer get a first card Ace, after declining insurance, the cards vanish, and there is no mention of a Win or a Loss.  it is simply reflected in the player's balance.

5.  i also set the house to have to hit on soft 17.  i stayed on 16, the house hit on soft 17 and flipped over a 9, the house had 16 and the game was deemed a tie---WTF Huh  the house cannot stay on 16 and call the

I set the game up locally on my computer and am playing against the house.

I was able to double down after a split. It was 2 4's that I split. Problem A) Both hands were dealt at the same time, it's supposed to be one at a time it does matter and B) I hit a 2 and a 4 so I had a 10, the double down hand was not grayed out. I doubled down and got an Ace and it didn't let me play my second hand and just gave me the win

This script is very incomplete and riddled with logic and gameplay bugs it is not worth the 1.2BTC that was paid.

Developer "a couple of days" = 2 or 3 days. it's over that limit.  If this cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame i am requesting a refund.  It's ridiculous that the script was being sold in the first place.  FYI, your demo will not demonstrate the bugs, as you need a bet amount wagered to find the bugs.

i will wait "a couple of days" more before i post negative feedback if this is not resolved.  thanks

fully agree with Your posting. I wanted to buy the script but wanted to test it and could not find one who was online so I could really test under normal conditions like You mentioned it one needs to wager to find the bugs. beside this I found some bugs anyway.

thanks for Your posting

bug #8

there's another bug... when the dealer has an Ace showing it only deals 1 card to the player before offering insurance.  the player should actually be dealt two cards and offered the choice for insurance before the dealer get his second card

an example of the issue.  i got two 10's, i split them, each of my hands totaled 12.  I doubled down.  i got a 9, my first hand totaled 21.  it did not allow me to play my 2nd hand and said i won both.

I tried doing some testing using an online wallet when I was getting a test environment running. The responses back from the online wallet (at least from blockchain) aren't quiet JSON-RPC compliant.  Besides, it's a huge security risk to use an online wallet anyway. I would not recommend using a VPS, the risk goes up for unauthorized access, get a dedicated machine. They aren't that much more expensive and the risk for being compromised is a little less. Also, if you use a VPS, the i/o on a blockchain is terrible, so you may consume too much disk i/o and they'll shut your instance down, consider using a vps that is hosted on an ssd platform if you go down that route.

(Edit: Also, stay away from virpus for VPS, they have terrible uptime. I had a test machine running there and it would only stay up maybe 4-5 days at a time. I always got duplicate ip addresses on their network, etc. They support was quick to fix issues, but their infrastructure must be poor since uptime sucked)

Where is the support? I've bought this scrypt months ago trying off & on to get it working. I bought everything I need & it's not being used. I feel I'm being ignored here for no reason. Last reply from Johny was December 27 saying he would look at it tomorrow. I keep waiting patiently expecting a reply, I sent messages since then but there is zero support. The scrypt looks good but if you don't know how to set up the daemon wallet or had experience into web development you're screwed.

I'm sorry for such a delay, the new version of CoinJack will be released tomorrow. Then we will proceed with your installation.

You probably shouldn't start a gambling site if you can't afford $250 for the software. You need capital for a bankroll.

I tested a bit the coinjack script on a website that I received from OP. there is a big bug when splitting
http://gyazo.com/1585d74980c145f0fc7b27b82b79a6ec (http://gyazo.com/1585d74980c145f0fc7b27b82b79a6ec)

it ignores the second split hand and ends the game after the first split hand is handled. I am still interested to hear from some script buyers what bugs are still not corrected. the script is already quite old and many people bought it and still a bug like this? you will lose all customers with a bug like this.

edit - with split of 33 the same problem

It hasn't ended the game, it only didn't move the arrow from first deck to second when it hit 21 so you didn't know you are actually hitting STAND for the second deck. You thought you're hitting STAND for the first deck, wich has been already ended.

Anyway update with fix is released. All buyers have received new version to their email addresses.

your explanation is not correct after seeing the screenshots. but more important is if the last update fixed also this problem because I would like to test it again.
question is when and if the op of the site you gave me will update it?

Don't test it at OP's sites. They can have modified versions of the script. It's simply non-sense. Test it at our demo site - btcircle.com/coinjack

We've done testing on sql injections.

Also, 1.7 seems to have a bug in it... a tie/push shouldn't count as a loss.

Check administration. You can choose if you want tie count as a loss or return bet to the player. It's feature, not bug.

Unfortunately, the person I sold my site to was unable to make it into a successful gambling site. Several directories would not list his site and he could not get a bankroll because of the provably fair problems. I've now bought the site back and turned it into a free faucet, which actually works well as a free faucet game.

I've emailed Johny about the most serious of the bugs, version 1.7 has several of them:
-Provably fair shows incorrect shuffle desk and hash (provided details on which lines need to be changed/fixed)
-Deck shows ace as value 10 intermittently (if dealer has Ace, it shows as 1/10, instead of 1/11)
-Game will occasionally fail on insurance (dealer gets 21, you lost your whole bet, not just the insurance)

bug #1
this is actually not a bug, the initial array is the one before shuffling with the client seed. Final array is the one ready for game. So if you're checking fairness of the game, you need to shuffle the initial array using the client seed to get correct results.

bug #2, bug #3
Fixed in CoinJack 1.8

Thanks for your notices.

With some minor code changes.. The wallet can be separated to different server with no problem.

Found a bug, or you forgot this.

When player and dealer BOTH get blackjack it results in a player lose.

In casinos this would normally result in a push, which it did not.

I would like to suggest making a Texas Hold'em Poker app using Web Sockets.

To name a few example features:
  • Lobby - Table list, Chat etc.
  • Back Office - Just like the admin panel in CoinJack, with the ability to create tables
  • Gravatar support
  • Achievements & Challenges

I would pay 5-10 BTC for something like this, and I'm sure others will too.

There is no default BTC integration included with poker mavens(or any gateway for that matter).  It needs to be implemented after the fact.  Many former owners of poker sites(me included) would be willing to sell the BTC integration that we developed.

Hi, you probably have older version of the script which requires cron. Make sure you have the latest version of the script. You can find it on cointoli.com

Can this be used with MoneyPot API? Or is it just for bitcoind?

It can work only with Bitcoin, but we do make custom edits. Contact me with your offer.

This applies to all our scripts. :-)

How much would you charge for a custom theme + integration to MP API?
That is for any of your scripts?

Black Jack will not work with current moneypot API but moneypot will add Black Jack at some stage in the future

Is it possible to put live demo? Because only the images doesn't prove much.

I want to check a little deeper before I recommend this to my client.

Thanks

I'm testing our new bumping service https://www.btcbump.com. Apologizes

Our policy allows us to bump each thread only once per 24 hours, but I have to test it somehow..

Replied, sorry for not being around last few days.

-- EDIT --

You can always catch us on Skype even if we're not here on bitcointalk.

Just send me PM and I'll send you our Skype name, I don't want to post it here publicly as there's a lot of scammers who would immediately start a new Skype profile with same username and pretend to be us..

This vulnerability was removed long time ago. There was other vulnerabilities, too, but as of version 1.5 nothing was reported. Latest versions of our scripts are safe to use. We even hired code security experts to locate and fix vulnerabilities if they find any.

PMed some users of the script. If anyone is interested, I'll PM it to you.
Working for them without problem so problem isn't in the script.

Is this project dead? I've not had a single update since before you released the new wheel version. To this day I still have the old wheel, BlackJack and Dice. I've messaged you with no response for weeks yet you have been online.
