and for 4100 mhs : d=1,c=CANN ?

best way to set for hash more than 2ghs, set is with d=2 or d=4
ex: d=2,c=CANN

unfortunately, it's impossible to do with the software I use. unomp can't do that.

How much is the pool fee? How  often is the payout to cann wallet? How much is the blocktime?

Pool fee is 1%.
Payouts are every hour. Minimum payout is one coin.
As far as I know blocktime for CANN is 41s.
