Post by: satcircle on August 10, 2014, 03:22:55 AM
SatoshiCircle (https://www.satoshicircle.com/) has registered 7000 PLAYERS, 15 MILLION WAGERS, and paid out 58,000 BITCOINS IN WINNINGS since launching in 2013...

https://www.satoshislot.com/images/satoshicircle.png

It's about time we create an official thread for this game in the gambling section of Bitcointalk. Please let us know what you think!

SatoshiCircle is a provably fair casino style Bitcoin wheel game featuring interactive play, cool sounds, a global leader-board and spin tracker, player reward and award system, and a whole bunch more...

  • It's cross-browser compatible and works on smartphones and tablets. No need for an app.
  • It's very simple and quick to get started, features 1 confirmation deposits to play, and withdrawals upon 2 confirmations of initial deposit.
  • There is no minimum per spin (yes you can play for YEARS with a fraction of a cent) and bets are off the Blockchain.
  • We encourage feedback and suggestions and pride ourselves on being responsive to player concerns and questions.

Thanks for playing and Happy spinning! (https://www.satoshicircle.com/)

I remember playing SC back when they first launched which honestly can't be said for most dice/circle/roulette games. Top notch site!

SC has been operating successfully for more than a year. Since they are not new with no rep they have no need to give away free plays.

This site is good i have played several times on it, back in 2013 and this year.. the only thing is that sometimes the deposits take a while to appear, i hope they already fixed that.

Unfortunately we have to wait for a confirmation before displaying the balance because with zero confirmation balances, a player can make a slow confirming deposit, play and if he wins, he can wait for the deposit to confirm and cash out the winnings. If he loses the money he can instead make a double spend with higher fee and essentially get the money back once the second transaction confirms.

What we will do however, is adding the unconfirmed balance so that it's visible immediately after depositing.

We played this site back in 2013 and are happy to see it was developed after the first few months. Then nothing much happened for a long time. Hopefully you will continue to develop it into something even better now when it seems you decided to advertise it more! We will add the unconfirmed balance on our site too (satoshislot.com)

Hi SatCircle,

I PM'd you.  Please check it

I have been not been credited with the monthly draw prize from several months ago.  I've sent numerous emails to info@satoshicircle.com right after winners were announced up until now, still have not received any sort of reply or response.

Will delete this once this has been resolved

Thanks

Oh thanks, that would be good so viewing the deposit we cant start thinking if it went wrong or something.

The house advantage is 1.76%. In comparison, the house edge for Roulette is 5.26%

Cool Game and looks like you have been super successful so far! What are the future plans of Satoshi Circle? Potential investors in the future like most of the new Dice sites?

As a review site we usually find Bitcoin Gambling games through the wiki page here -> https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Category:Gambling
Might be worth listing on there as well :)

Yes, it took 1 confirmation to succesfully add. Dammit, I lost all my money in 2 spins. I did a 50% spin on 3x, lost and I did the rest again, and I lost that as well.

im too not get update :(

The thing is that I love playing at SatoshiCircle, and have been a loyal player in the past.
When ive contacted them in the past prior to the current situation, theyve been great at communicating with me and resolving the issue asap. That's why im so worried as to why the customer support ive been getting now has dropped down from a 10 to a 2 rating scale.

Ive been patiently waiting since February to see some action done regarding my issue.

I want to keep playing there, but until something has been done, im hesistant to because of concerns about their trustworthiness.

We're about to clean it up a bit. And introduce new leader boards, circles and rewards. It will probably take a while since we'll release the new Satoshi Dice game first.

We're about to release the new version of Satoshi Dice so here's a teaser! Final testing is being made now.

Highlights
  • Rapid session based off chain betting
  • Real time statistics (accessible through the API)
  • Be the dealer opportunities
  • Less than 50ms delay on bets
  • Comprehensive API, make your bot hunt for spots on the leader board, withdraw or anything that a normal player can.
  • Improved and easy to understand Provably Fair system
  • Use your affiliate link and earn coins, clean linking allowed

We're happy you like the game. The site waits for confirmations and you can usually play within 10 minutes. But on rare occasions there's no new blocks for half an hour or even an hour. Unfortunately we have to wait for a confirmation before your deposit is reflected in the account.

Still seems to be down. Could you estimate something when it will be back, pls?

Now we're back!
I still can not withdraw money

This has been corrected, sorry for the slow response, we had problems with many servers but it's finally been taken care of now.
Thanks, now everything works fine

Yes the problem has been solved. The only reason it took a while to address was that we had problems with a server move at the same time. Things run smoothly atm!

I do like a new doubler gambler and so on but why hate on alt coins so much. Maybe introduce some of the top 10 alt coins on marketcap and see how things roll. Maybe get a lot more people flowing over to the site and getting more members and gamers and customers. Just an idea. Maybe add doge

Not really sure what happened, but seems that this is the same issue in satoshidice, but till now there is no clear answer from the OP of satoshidice. As I know satoshidice, satoshicircle and satoshislots are owned by the same person (correct me if I'm wrong) So perhaps you can also join in the satoshidice thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77870.2860

like panju07 said before,  satoshidice, satoshicircle and satoshislots are owned by the same person, those 3 sites are sister site, and satoshidice turned out to be a scam, now is this site, I am sorry for your losses, but contact support first, and then make a scam accusation thread in specific section.

There are several different reasons. One is the lack of action from the owner. They need to do some promos to attract customers, or to the very least they should bump this thread from time to time. Another reason is that it has a much higher edge than dice.
BTW, it seems the SSL certificate expired a few days ago.

I first learned and played on SatoshiCircle nearly 2 years ago back in Oct 2013, and the current site layout is exactly the same as what I seen back then.
Apart from SatoshiCircle, there are many other sites having a wheel game such as Peerbet, Satoshibet, Fortunejack, etc. You may want to check them one by one to see if they look familiar to you.

It is safe as long as you don't lose your secret URL and you don't leak your secret URL and the site don't disappear. Generally speaking, it is better to keep your bitcoin in your personal wallet than on a gambling site or an exchange.

The 1.76% is correct and up to date. For example in the second circle, you have 8/17 chance to get 2x and 1/17 chance to get 0.7x and so the EV is 8/17*2 + 1/17*0.7 = 98.235% and house edge is 1-98.24% = 1.765%

no, its not dead, but it seems like it got low priority by the support, but it works fine, and you can still win a lot.

Sent an email, received the answer from the mailbot, their mail-server is dead. OP hasn't been online here for last 6 month. By the way, i have created a new Satoshi account, won more that 1 BTC, but after i try to withdraw it my NEW account stopped, wheel is not spinning and withdrawal can not be processed. Satoshi seems to be scam. I will keep you informed but be careful.

Wanted to say this is my exact experience, I made a deposit of 0.269 and lost it all, redeposited 0.420 and played up to 0.97 . The wheel became non responsive and site 404ed out. It came back up and since that point I can't spin the wheel and can't withdraw. I don't think its too far fetched to think that something shady is going on. I also sent emails and got the automated response back that the mailserver cant be reached. I strongly suggest avoiding this site, I know it used to be good and had decent support but that's not the case anymore.

A couple of month ago site was broken for a few days but someone had managed to run it again. And someone pays for hosting etc. So i think that the site isn't abandoned, admin just silently takes the money if you lose and blocks your account if you win. My "lucky" accounts are still freezed: https://i.imgur.com/IJwCMdp.png

Satoshi Circle is provably unfair.

a part of me is holding out hope that it somehow fixes itself, i'm not the most frequent user of bitcoins, I usually have enough to make occasional purchases and gamble with at times, that small amount is now held hostage on satoshicircle. I've pretty much accepted the fact that its gone now. I hope anyone experiencing this issue can post if it somehow gets fixed.

a very interesting website. with games that use provably fair system and a very easy game.

In addition, the site also have been standing-+ 3 years. It indicates that the site is reliable for use and also this site no doubt professional.

But I saw the features offered are still very minimal. I hope the OP of the site can add much needed features.

Good luck always

satoshi Circle is a bitcoin casino style wheel-game with much better odds than roulette. It offers multiple circles, UFOs & Aliens, Rocket ships, Penguins, Balloons, Awards and a Leaderboard. The BTC game also features a generous affiliate program and a tournament draw for Bitcoins every month.it may play with bitcoins.its may be not real.

Having issues withdrawing from Satoshi Circle right now, its been about 3 hours and I still can't withdraw my bitcoin. Already tried different browsers, amounts, addresses, etc. Anyone else having issues?

I'm just letting everyone know that the current owners of Satoshidice.com (https://satoshidice.com/dice) have nothing to do with MegaDice or SatoshiCircle.

SatoshiCircle is still running just fine it seems but without monthly draws, leaderboards etc. Still a fun game though.
