By sheer statistics, it's of course humans. If we're looking at animals, then it is probably some kind of an insect like a mosquito because they spread disease and kill a lot of people that way. They are microscopic, meaning that you can't see them with the naked eye, but they are still "alive", with the exception of viruses, since we still don't know if they are alive or not. There are other things that are considered microbes too, but they're not dangerous or deadly. So, as an answer to your question, it would depend what your definition of "creature" is. The majority of animals and all other lifeforms have to no problem leaving waste to contaminate their food/water supply - some of us humans actually care about that.

I mean we can destroy most of other creature and ourself, no other visible sized creature can match our number, for our activity lives we live quite long (the creatures that outlive us, are slow paced, like turtles or whales are quite slow moving, or trees that don't move) and potentially we could destroy the planet and render it lifeless being it by accident (global warming turning Earth into a second Venus) or on purpose (nuclear warfare ....)
