Hi, We launched kryptologika.com (https://kryptologika.com/) last Friday for the Polish market. In a moment our website will be available also in English for the wider community ;) We have competitive prices, reasonable maintenance fees and lots of TH/s to share with you! We are also promoting investing in physical silver, each TH/s is backed by 1 Oz of pure silver in the form of bullion coins (1GH/s = 0.001 Oz). Registration on the platform in beta version requires a login, password, e-mail address and name. Once you confirm your email with an activation link sent to you, you will receive an account and deposit address. After transferring bitcoins you can buy and sell GH/s for the prices offered on the market. A price and volume chart is visible on the main page. Mining of bitcoins with acquired hashing power will start almost immediately with the next solved block following the purchase of the shares. You can make an offer to sell the shares on the market at any time. In both cases they are a source of bitcoins corresponding to the amount of GH/s minus the maintenance costs and changes in difficulty over time. At this stage in beta version it is only possible to buy and sell shares for bitcoins. In the nearest future buying shares will be made available for PLN, EUR, GBP and USD payable by bank transfer or by another payment processors. Each power unit has unlimited time operation and has is protected by a "Residual value" liquidation of which will occur when the growth of computing power of the bitcoin network will result in no profit from mining due to costs of maintenance. The residual value is 0.0311 grams of silver for every GH/sec owned,that is one ounce of silver for 1 terahash (equal to 1,000GH/s). The value of the hashing power thus will never fall to zero and will correspond to the market value of silver at the time of redemption of the share. Settlement of the residual value will be made no later than 30 days after the redemption of shares and may be made either in the form of a consignment of easily recognizable silver bullion coins to the address specified by the user or a settlement in bitcoins based on COMEX prices. I am unsure if I will be able to provide photos with kryptologika logo from the Chinese DC. It depends on the person who is in charge there but I will do my best. At the moment we have a bit less than 3TH available on the platform on ASK. From the available graphic data, it appears to be spaciously placed Block Erupter Blades with heavy duty heatsinks. I'm also still somewhat confused as to how the GH\s can be backed by silver. The mining equipment consists of Jupiters, Neptunes and Dragons T1. I will provide you with photos tomorrow. Residual value is to protect 1 GH/s of our mining undertaking to fall to complete zero. I cannot predict how much BTC price would be in a year or two, what difficulty will be or what price of silver would be. However if all falls to pieces one day (following a giant spike in prices!) we will have plenty of physical silver I am happy to send or settle via bitcoin. If bitcoin price goes down mining is obviusly less profitable as the bigger portion goes to cover electricity costs. Currently monthly costs of maintenance at kryptologikais around $0.11 per GH/s per month which is significantly lower than elswhere. No TAS indeed, we will be improving this gradually. It is really important feature I absolutely agree. The place is not dead, it is growing slowly but surely. The project has its advantages we do not charge trading fees (and never will) and our maintenance fees are as low as possible (same will never be increased only reduced in the future). In return you are getting tradeable shares in GH/s which actually do work! And they are backed with physical silver!! Probably all those early buyers have more luck than the others who will come in a week or two. So far we have been mor focused on functionality and safety of the platform rather than anything else planning to develop it gradually as we get more attention and credibility. We are working on improvements and we take into account every remark from our customers. Liquidity wise... we are currently focused on marketing campaign and kryptologika will be much more visible next week. Secondly there is API coming to implement purchasing shares with fiat outside of the platform. This should bring a bit more users in satisfactory numbers. THe system will be tested late September and fully operational October the latest. A bit improved version of the platform will be launched coming Monday, we will extend the log out time of the session. At this stage just spread the word about our platform. Bringing new customers at this low number of users (below 100, yes!) may have a positive impact on liquidity and trading for the benefit of the users. The award is proportional to the lenght of a block that is related to time spent on solving it. I am not sure what is not clear here? BTW we may have some technical problems later today as bitcurex.com has just changed their API today without a notice. It should not affect the mining however same may affect the maintenance fees for a short period of time that is about 2 to 4 hours. As per our T&C a 24hrs maintenance breake in mining is permitted for every 30 days of mining rollong without any compensation to the users. We do not think it will take that long of course if at all. We are still working on the fiat payments system which could improve the client base, depth of the market and the volume. This also would make mainstream advertising more practical. At this stage it will not be possible to pay with card payments due to overall reluctance towards bitcoin on the part of the card payments companies. We have had a few telecons with them and this option is rather off the table. I can confirm however that we will implement bank transfers and SEPA payments and almost instant mining without or very little delay will be possible as an option same as it is when purchasing with BTC. We want to make it easy and once we are closer to completion more details will be revealed. The shares in packages of 20, 50 and 100 GH/s will be available in different price ranges and of course with discounts depending on the package of choice. T&C will be changed a bit in respect of the business set up and fiat payments implementation. I can assure you that there will be no changes in the maintenance fees unless and only when we can reduce them in favour of our customers. We have high hopes with S4 from bitmaintech but this miner is not available for us yet. So you may expect another drop in maitenance fees probably at the end of October. We will implement a few new things on the website as well. Comparable statistics of other offers to start with and the price of silver graph or silver price ticker. Yes we are aware that silver price has been in decline and is now as cheap as it was in 2010. kryptologika is/was basically a AMhash passthrough operation that took a margin on top off AMhash prices and added some (IMO quite pointless) token amount of silver in the mix. The issue of course, is that AMhash is in limbo, with their hardware allegedly stolen and friedcat missing in action. That means kryptologika doesnt have any hashrate backing its contracts either, whatever its paying in dividends doesnt come from mining right now and kryptologika is essentially running as a fractional reserve/ponzi scheme. Id have much preferred if l3sny had chosen to inform you of this, along with presenting his recovery plans (if any) and temporarily suspending trade to allow Q&A, but since he refused, you'll have to hear it from me. At some stage a few months ago I considered Puppet to be trusted and worthy member of the bitcoin community as he did a decent work endorsing scams. They do have published mining addresses if you have earned any BTC you can go to the wallet page and click on Balance history from there you can see the blockchain info. From what I can tell two pools they use are Ghash and Discus Fish. l3sny if you post the mining addresses it might take some heat off. My judgement on Puppets thread would be something like this: 1) It is very helpful for newbies and kids not to not lose their money on shitty scammers, because there are always shills on dedicated ANN threads that promote how legit and why so this scam is. 2) For members and higher people here that thread is irrelevant because given the same criteria most likely they would place the points differently, not even talking about that the criteria for legitness might be different in some cases. So the bottom line is - if you know what you're doing don't let Puppets 101 thread have any influence on you, because you know better! According to T&C when mining stops to be profitable the shares can be redeemed according to the price of silver. This occured in August. There is no point in buying new hardware as it is quite too expensive. Currently we are offering almost $18 or physical coins. We also do not charge for postage anywhere in the world. Till today I didn't get any answers and any BTC/Shares from you.
