The government was afraid of it's own citizens. So that's what we have. I think that "domestic army" idea would work pretty well if they created zombies. And they wouldn't have to pay them. Or maybe hired foreigners. Let's see, you could put guys from San Francisco on Patrol Duty along the Mexico border. No, wait, put them around Tuscon and El Paso, to keep the citizens in, while the foreigners poured across the border. ROFL.... |
