Based on this other thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=73712.0) started by our OP I'm inferring that it at least accepts BTC if not entirely BTC-based. On the site the OP links to, the Dowload button is a password-protected link to an installer.exe, so it appears to be Windows-only.
