Received coins very quickly. Wrong address?

Two weeks ago Mike from minerpools responded to a log in problem of mine very fast but no one has replied to my Emails and the Website Contact Support forms i send in where i am asking why i cannot retrieve my Coins. Pools have always handled the large hash I send and payouts have been consistent. Have you tried joining IRC? I am having the same problem with fast.minepool.net. Is this part of pools you are speaking of in here. AS i have no replies from support or any info about my coins. I have waited more than 48 hours now. I have stopped wasting my electricity on them for now until I have some certain ideas or answers about this pool. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
