Is there any reason you don't also have an ecommerce site for offering these?

The main reason is because I have not had the need to set a full site up yet. I do most of my gem selling offline so the stones I have are normally shown in person.

For online selling (with Bitcoins) I do try to keep my site updated with the threads but it has been turning out to be double the work when most of my sales come from this board. I have sold stones through my site as well but time constraints have made it so I have really only been able to make the most offers here.

Because of the ease in dealing with Bitcoins for selling my gems (and now jewelry) I have not expanded my site beyond being informational. I have been doing more advertising lately though (like sponsoring the Bitcoin 2012 conference) so I will be trying to add more to my site soon :)

I see.  So these items are all custom (one of a kind) and not where you can just list an item and keep that listing open as long as you have inventory?

That is correct. :D

When I get inventory, sometimes I have more than one item but a lot of times I only have one. Jewelry is similar, so these are one-of-a-kind for the most part.

If I have more than one of a stone then I usually list the quantity available and in the case of jewelry will be doing the same. The ones I have listed now are one-of-a-kind. I have more topaz and garnet but the peridot are limited and I can't make guarantees on the return of the smokey quartz, but that can change too ;)

The topaz is not up for auction right now but if you really want it I would be willing to accept 2.5BTC plus shipping.
