Garry Pasfield overheard a few customers talking about the cryptocurrency and started getting interested in the idea of having customers pay in Bitcoin in his bar. He started accepting Bitcoin last September and has been pleased with the results since. The group’s six year old vision has now turned to reality.

To be honest I have been sat waiting on news of the big companies to start accepting that you don't really think of the small companies such as pubs who can start accepting when they are ready to. It really is showing just how popular bitcoin is even if it may not seem like it right now. Very glad to hear it is working for this pub owner :)

It is usually easier for small businesses to try something new. They are not constrained by policies and processes in place.
