I love cooking.

I don't cook by the rules.

A good thing to try making is sourdough bread.

1st. You need to create your sourdough starter.

You need: Flour, Water

Add 100 grams of flour and about 100 grams of water, mix them together.

In room temperature feed it every 12 hours.

You feed it by throwing away all but about a tablespoon of your starter and adding flour and water.

(You can keep it on the fridge where it's inactive and you don't need to feed it like a pet)

After a few days of doing this, the starter will double in size in a matter of hours. That means it's ready.

2nd

Make bread. You'll need.

Flour, water

Optionally but highly recommended salt, oil

You can add sesame seeds or other stuff on top of the bread. You wet the dough and sprinkle it and it sticks.

I bet you can figure out how to make the bread without even being told how to. It's simple, I don't claim to know the right way, I've only done it a few times.

Have fun with it.
