Title: sent BTC to Ruxum wallet.. Ruxum wallet does not cooperate [resolved] Post by: donatello on April 12, 2012, 02:49:43 AM I didn't realize Ruxum had kind of bit the dust and sent BTC there. My wallet account hasn't been credited long after the transaction went through on the block chain. I don't know if there's just some problem with crediting my account or if they're totally not operational anymore or what. The support link on their page appears to be kaput: http://help.ruxum.com/system/site_not_found

EDIT 4/16: This was actually resolved a few days ago. They credited my wallet with my BTC and I was able to withdraw it. Cheers. |
