Title: BF Labs Haven't respond yet. Post by: lightlord on April 12, 2012, 07:23:44 AM I have placed an order for one of these butter fly units. And I had got an email about a week ago stating that
there was some problem with the bank amount, and it ended up $30 less on there end. He said he would respond the very next day. Its been over 1 week. And I made several follow up emails and still haven't got any response. The below which is 8 days ago. I asked also about ordering 2 more of these units. But he said to let me email you first. So I waited for a confirmation about this. Before I placed another. But I never got any confirmation. And I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. I am still waiting on the bank confirmation. I know you have 100 orders, and its quite hard dealing with that many. But by now 6 days I should of gotten a response? Even though custom service isn't the best I seen a lot of people with these, pictures, etc. And I guess I can add more/update this in 4-6 weeks once I get this.
