I am pretty new with Bitcoin and I am really concerned about Mt.Gox's service. I have been trying to withdraw money by international wire transfer from them. We are talking about a few thousands of dollars here. The transaction has been pending for over a month now and I get always the same answer when I contact them: Your transaction is being queued and will be processed very soon! How long this will take? Does anyone have similar experiences with them? When something like this happens I of course start thinking that maybe they are out of money and that is why they cannot process my transaction?! Is there any better (faster and more reliable) way to exchange Bitcoins to USD or EUR and transfer it to my bank account? |
