There used to be a service for doing this (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=308954), but it stopped working a couple weeks ago. Way more inconvenient than just having new posts show up in an RSS feed with all my other feeds. Maybe I'll try to write this service if it doesn't exist. Well, yes it's an program and it needs to constantly run your machine too i couldn't find anything to pull RSS feed there was one that you have already commented on but it's not working anymore.
