I have heard there is a way I could send them the bitcoin and it requires 3 signatures that would serve as an escrow that they will provide the service they agreed to. How do I set that up? However, you can just use monbux's escrow (it's free!)

Then contact the other party and make sure that they know how to acquire their public key and how to sign a multi-sig transaction. |
