I ordered a miner from them, the 1st one was DOA, and the 2nd one had a high error rate. I paid with Bitcoins, they were responsive right up the point where they got the miner back, and were suppose to send me a refund. Now they aren't responding to any messages via email or their website jonesgear.com. |
