Then why don't you simply use your money in this w88 thing to gamble? Collateral is something equal to or worth more than the value of the loan, something that can be liquidated easily and quickly.

The real problem is that you don't have any type of collateral ( if you don't know what is a collateral read here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902 ) .
