I am sure I am going to get a lot of shit for this, however:

Should this thread be listed in the games & rounds section since it is encouraging people to make an insubstantial post

First 5 people to respond here get a free $10 Amazon.com gift code!!

There does not appear to be any commerce being done in this thread but is listed in the digital goods section

Just report it and see if it moves or not (might take some time depending who is online etc.)

PS: I think it should be in games and rounds

Did he not just get banned (30 day ban just expired) for doing this exact thing?

No he got banned for doing an altcoin giveaway. Bitcoin/related giveaways are fine AFAIK!

It's a fair point!  To be honest I *never* even saw the games & rounds section because I'm not a gambler, and don't venture into the gambling section.  It took me a Google search to find it. :)

Giveaway threads have been closed.

Is the new stuff going to be in the games and rounds section? Or just still in the digital good section.

I don't know 100% for sure what your intentions are, I do think you intend to scam at one point, although I do not know how, regardless of your intentions it is really none of my business as I have not done business with you (nor do I intend to).

With that being said I would strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with the forum rules. I have posted a link to an unofficial list of the official rules of the forum below (created by mrep). It appears that the mods are cracking down on the rules aggressively (look at all the threads in meta about people getting banned - although I think a good number of them are from account farmers), especially with spam.

My prediction is that if you repeatedly break the forum rules (intentionally or not) you will eventually get perm banned (how many 'warnings' you will get, IDK, but probably more then 1). In regards to whatever your ultimate loan term goal is (scam or not), being achieved - only time will tell........

EDIT: added link to above promised thread

If he was/is going to scam two things will or are likely to happen:

1) He's already stating in his "cRaZy" deals that "no escrow and buyer must send first" as he's built up enough confidence in people to do so. Not so much of a risk for people when you're buying a $100 gift card for €20 or whatever and no problems so far so people do it and quick because they want to snap up a great and limited deal, but then there'll probably be a time when the bigger deals start coming out and he can just run off with that money then.

2) The vouchers he's already sent out could still be chargebacked months down the line.

I'm not saying that is what's going to happen, but if he is building up a long con and intending to scam one or both of the above will likely happen.

We all say that. But you need to be the change you want to see in the world! By you I mean everyone who has ever thought: " we need more people like you in the world."
