as it has been discussed (a lot) in Cassubian Detk ANN thread, there's a possibility to invest in trees.

The idea is to do something for the nature without moving from your seat. Do something for your profit with your coins! It's a long term, but profitable, investment, because timber prices have been rising since decades.

The project trees24 is an online activity that connects ecology and economy.
The users invest online and buy the trees. The species of the trees are pollinator-friendly. The pollinators are necessary for fruit and a lot of other plants like rapeseed. Without them – there will be no fruits and harvest will be much lower. Planting of pollinator-friendly trees makes the wild population of pollinators grow. Finally it helps feeding the world.
The trees are being planted in certain, real (not virtual) locations, nearby to the plantations that need to be pollinated. This enlarges biodiversity and makes a natural home for wild pollinators.
Users – owners of the trees can trade them online and make profit from selling and buying. Farmers' profit comes from well-pollinated plantations of fruit and crops.
The payment method are cryptocurrencies, in order to promote them and build a modern economical consciousness.

This is not an auction, this should almost be in gambling the way I perceive it, but perhaps in services.
