If you are in Europe try:

  • LocalBitcoins
  • Bittylicious

There is a huge list for that , but recently I joined circle nd I'll say it good.
 Localbitcoins is good option
 BTC-e
- Cryptsy

If you can mention your country that might help.

I can only recommend kraken as I have only used them for buying bitcoins. They are definitely faster than bitstamp and with low withdrawal fees.

circle is on top now, but use it to just buy and send to your addresses only

I agree but you can only use US credit and debit cards currently, I think they are working on partnering with European banks also to open this up globally.

I think some are:
- Circle

Just took a look at this and signed up with them. Seems pretty simple compared to the others. Maybe a bit too simple. They're basically validating you via your Visa/Master Card. Not sure how Circle would trust that one from of validation knowing how easy it is to counterfeit or "fake" those cards. Great if you're buying bitcoins and scam the system but shouldn't Circle be more cautious about this?

Localbitcoins  (choose carefully though since it's a trader to trader platform)
Circle (not sure about these)
btc-e (had some issues about transactions so do your own check)
bitstamp (not sure if they take wire transfers or just SEPA transactions)

You mean depositing your Paypal balance in Virowx? If so, yes, but there are a deposit fee and exchange fee.
Please read https://www.virwox.com/help.php#_Fees for the details.
