There's no such thing as getting your account 'approved' (on both BTC Jam and Bitcointalk if that's what you're talking about, unless I'm missing something here).

Creating an account on Ardeva would help as well, you can then issue verification tokens on any website to confirm you are genuine. Their verifications are far more rigorous than wbat bitjam or bitlendingclub do.

But is it Ardeva trustworthy enough? I read many comments that is easy to fake with Ardeva too.
