I have a 50 euro note to mail, I'm asking for a sealed return of 12 BTC. Market price is currently 3.9, this is 4.167. Bitcoin nordic's fees are a little bit too high.

Although registered mail only, and but... what country are you in? I think many countries post offices forbid sending cash in mail, which practically means you won't get reimbursed by the post office if the registered letter gets lost. If you post your country, you could find someone with an EUR bank account in that country that you could deposit cash to.
