C-cex is an exchange, not an authority figure looking after you and your investment choices.

It's obvious ORTHO is shady coin for quick money: nothing new, nice pictures, colorful descriptions of banal functions, buy support and other shits.
It's not the c-cex problem.

Care to give us some proof or you prefer yelling?

Me and many people have disliked c-cex for a long period of time. They in fact, are very centric on mismanagement of their wallets, and when shit hits the fan, they are not accountable on any level.

I only have positive experience with c-cex and it's support.

AVOID ICO THEN!, THEY ARE ALL SCAMS OR HAVE A HUGE POTENTIAL TO TURN INTO A SCAM WITHING MINUTES. I HAVE NEVER INVESTED IN A ICO.

they are not a good exchange, support is terrible, never ending wallet issues it goes on and on....

and i did not participate in an ICO and loose money, i transferred coins from a wallet to c-Cex and they are not credited to my account, i cannot sell them, i cannot withdraw them and support have stopped replying to me.

dont use c-cex.

I don't normally reply to threads like this, however, I realized about a week ago we have made our ICO entry too easy for devs to use/abuse so for what it is worth I'm going to be severely limiting the amount of ICO's we do in the future. I'll be more thorough as well and try to give our traders only high quality ICO's. We are an exchange though and act as an escrow for developers this doesn't mean we can prevent them from abandoning a project at any time, I have no say in this happening. Over the coming weeks and due to both negative and positive feedback there will be many changes coming to C-CEX.

How does an exchange escrowing a coin's IPO mean they're a scammer unless you have SOLID undeniable proof that the exchange are the ones directly behind the coin? This means nothing.

C-Cex is a fucking scam. They delist coins without saying anything and you can not get them back.

yeah, they delisted trollcoin a while back & i had to go full commando to get even that worthless coin back in my own wallet

I've lost coins or had issues on every single exchange I've ever used (Cryptsy, Mintpal, C-CEX, SwissCEX, EuropEX, PoloniEX).

I've also washed $40 in the washing machine more than once to the point it was totally destroyed and unusable.

So what?

Cash or Crypto, both can disappear in an instant if you're not careful.

Cex.io is trustworthy but maintenance fees are definitely too high

Just yesteday  i opened an account and transfered some coins. 12 later and 2 tickets No coins and NO response.But its my fault i keep getting lert in these scammy exchanges becuse i spot a coin thats "overpriced" then other exchanges. Use poloniex, crypsy, bittrex, bter - stay AWAY        from C-CEX

Sent ticket and  after 7 days  receive the answer: "Ok. Our security disabled Your account because of negative BTC balance
C-CEX.com: Please, tell me when Your BTC balance become negative. What have You done before it goes to minus?"

They said my account was negative to 1.18 BTC
They asked me why?

I can not log into my account and can not check my transaction. I do not understand why my account is negative. I just sell my BTC. I do not doing anything else. Only they can check transaction. Now they ask me how I answered.

I'm waiting for them to give evidence my account negative.

Me too i have a good experience with C-CEX as trading platform\Support so the hosted ICO is a free choice for you to make even other exchange for example like bittrex i lost many BTC with their hosted ICO .the market these days is not good to risk BTC against unknown , less improvement altcoin.
